ANALISIS PERBEDAAN KUALITAS TROMBOSIT METODE PRP-PC DAN APHERESIS DI UTD PMI KOTA SURABAYA

Transfusi trombosit merupakan terapi penting bagi pasien dengan trombositopenia dan gangguan hematologi. Kualitas trombosit konsentrat dipengaruhi oleh metode produksi, yaitu Platelet Rich Plasma–Platelet Concentrate (PRP-PC) dan Apheresis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan kualitas trombosit berdasarkan jumlah trombosit, pH, dan residu leukosit. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif komparatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang dilaksanakan di UTD PMI Kota Surabaya pada Desember 2025. Sampel terdiri atas 10 unit PRP-PC dan 10 unit trombosit Apheresis, dengan pengujian masing-masing dilakukan tiga kali. Analisis data meliputi uji Shapiro–Wilk, Independent-Sample t-test, dan Mann–Whitney U test pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh produk memenuhi standar mutu nasional sesuai Permenkes RI Nomor 91 Tahun 2015. Rata-rata jumlah trombosit pada PRP-PC sebesar 7,86×10¹⁰/unit dan Apheresis 30,75×10¹⁰/unit; residu leukosit masing-masing 0,04×10⁹/unit dan 0,01×10⁹/unit; serta pH 6,68 dan 7,06. Uji statistik menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan pada seluruh parameter mutu (p < 0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa metode Apheresis menghasilkan trombosit dengan kualitas lebih unggul dibandingkan PRP-PC dari aspek jumlah trombosit, kemurnian produk, dan kestabilan pH, sehingga lebih direkomendasikan untuk kebutuhan transfusi klinis.
