Korelasi Olahraga Futsal dan Kejadian Asma
Abstract
Asma akibat olahraga yang umum terjadi pada pasien asma juga terjadi pada individu yang tidak memiliki diagnosis asma sebelumnya. Terkadang, penderita asma merasa kesulitan untuk melakukan olahraga tertentu, seperti olahraga yang menguras banyak energi tanpa istirahat seperti olahraga futsal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan olahraga futsal dan kejadian asma. Metode penelitian ini merupakan cross sectional deskriptif menggunakan SPSS yang dilakukan uji univariat dan uji korelasi spearman dengan 109 responden yang futsal minimal 2x per bulan. Hasilnya Olahraga futsal terbukti secara signifikan berhubungan dengan asma bahkan pada orang yang tidak pernah mengalami asma sebelumnya dengan presentase hingga 55%. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan bisa ditambahkan tes asma Spirometer pada tiap responden.
