Abstract

Abstract
Learning is a complex activity and involves various aspects that are interrelated with each other. If learning involves more than one learning model, it may result in a better quality of education. In realizing effective and efficient learning outcomes, the role of the teacher is very important, because the teacher has the task of managing in the classroom. A lively classroom atmosphere can make students study diligently and enthusiastically, on the other hand, a gloomy, stressful classroom atmosphere and monotonous activities make students less enthusiastic in learning. The teacher is the designer as well as the implementer of the learning process, taking into account the demands of the curriculum, the condition of the students and most importantly the selection of the learning model.
