HISTORICAL LEFT IN ALAS PURWO NATIONAL PARK AS A COMMUNITY CULTURAL RESERVE IN TEGALDLIMO DISTRICT
Abstract
Historical relic is a cultural heritage made by humans in large and small quantities which at least has an age of more than fifty years and has historical value. In Alas Purwo National Park, there are many historical relics that have become public and special tourist attractions. The role of the government and the community is very much needed in maintaining the preservation of historical heritage areas. The research was carried out in the Alas Purwo National Park area, Tegaldlimo District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the data is processed through the process of data reduction, data presentation and data interpretation. The research was conducted using observation, interview, documentation and data analysis techniques. In general, this study aims to determine: (1) various types of historical heritage, (2) the function of historical heritage as a cultural heritage of the community, (3) the role of government and society in preserving historical heritage. The results of the study indicate that there are many types of historical heritage that have special uses, as well as the role of government and society in preserving the historical heritage area.
