Implementasi Sistem Monitoring Kinerja Berbasis Web untuk Meningkatkan Efektivitas Pengelolaan Aktivitas Pemasaran Layanan Kesehatan

The healthcare service marketing unit at PT XYZ previously relied on Google Forms and spreadsheets to manage marketing performance data, resulting in scattered information, duplicate records, and difficulties in tracking prospect development and monitoring performance in real time. This community service activity aimed to implement a web-based performance monitoring system that integrates marketing activities, prospect information, performance targets, and incentive management into a single platform. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, including requirements communication, planning, system design, development, and deployment. System design employed Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), while system validation was conducted through Black-box Testing and structured user interviews. The implementation was accompanied by technology transfer through user training and system assistance to support effective adoption in daily operational activities. The results showed that the system transformed the partner's data management process from manual recording into an integrated web-based system, reducing duplicate data, accelerating data recap, facilitating prospect tracking, and enabling real-time performance monitoring through a dashboard. The successful implementation improved the efficiency of marketing performance monitoring and supported more time, data-driven decision-making within the healthcare service marketing unit at PT XYZ.
