ANALISA LATIHAN RUNNING CIRCUIT TERHADAP DAYA TAHAN KARDIORESPIRASI PADA PEMAIN SEPAKBOLA PSCS CILACAP FC
Abstract
Pemain sepak bola dituntut selalu bugar di setiap pertandingan. Latihan fisik perlu diprogramkan agar kualitas kebugaran jasmani dari pemain lebih baik lagi. Salah satu latihan yang dapat dilakukan adalah running circuit. Meningkatkan daya tahan kardiorespirasi merupakan tujuan umum dalam latihan fisik, karena peningkatan daya tahan kardiorespirasi berhubungan dengan kinerja atlet secara keseluruhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa latihan running circuit terhadap daya tahan kardiorespirasi pada pemain sepakbola. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen dan metode yang digunakan adalah One Group Posttest Only Design. Seluruh 22 pemain PSCS Cilacap FC menjadi sampel dari penelitian ini. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen tes berupa Beep Test untuk mengetahui prediksi kadar konsumsi oksigen maksimal (VO2maks). Latihan running circuit yang diprogramkan menggunakan 3 pos yaitu shuttle run, lari 2,4 km, lari fartlek dengan interval. Hasil data menyatakan bahwa nilai signifikansi >0,05 menunjukkan latihan running circuit efektif dalam mencapai hasil optimal untuk daya tahan kardiorespirasi ditinjau dari VO2maks. Signifikansi ditunjukkan dengan angka 0.261. Test value di angka 51 (ml/kg/menit) sebagai ambang batas kriteria atas rata-rata pada norma VO2maks. Kesimpulannya adalah latihan running circuit efektif dalam mencapai hasil optimal untuk daya tahan kardiorespirasi ditinjau dari segi VO2maks-nya.
