Analisis Variabilitas Waktu Tempuh sebagai Indikator Konsistensi Performa Atlet Renang 50 Meter Gaya Bebas KEJURPROV Jawa Tengah 2026

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis variabilitas waktu tempuh sebagai indikator konsistensi performa atlet renang 50 meter gaya bebas putra kelompok umur 1 pada KEJURPROV Jawa Tengah 2026. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitik berbasis data kompetisi, dengan sampel sebanyak 34 atlet menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data berupa waktu tempuh dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif (mean dan standar deviasi) serta koefisien variasi (CV). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata waktu tempuh sebesar 28,87 detik dengan standar deviasi 2,21 detik. Nilai koefisien variasi sebesar 7,65% menunjukkan bahwa performa atlet berada pada kategori konsisten. Distribusi data yang relatif normal mengindikasikan tingkat kemampuan atlet yang cukup homogen, meskipun masih terdapat rentang performa yang cukup lebar. Disimpulkan bahwa variabilitas waktu tempuh efektif digunakan untuk menilai konsistensi performa atlet. Analisis koefisien variasi memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif terhadap stabilitas performa, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar evaluasi dalam pembinaan atlet renang sprint.
