Abstract

Tekanan darah merupakan indikator penting dalam kesehatan masyarakat karena berperan besar terhadap risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Aktivitas fisik diketahui memiliki peran dalam pengendalian tekanan darah, namun penerapannya di masyarakat pedesaan belum optimal. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat aktivitas fisik dan status tekanan darah pada masyarakat Desa Mluweh. Studi ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan potong lintang (cross-sectional). Sampel studi berjumlah 55 perempuan berusia 23-75 tahun yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Aktivitas fisik diukur menggunakan Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) dan dikonversi ke dalam satuan MET-menit/minggu, kemudian diklasifikasikan menjadi aktivitas fisik rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Tekanan darah diukur menggunakan tensimeter digital tervalidasi dan diklasifikasikan berdasarkan Pedoman Nasional Pelayanan Kedokteran (PNPK) Hipertensi Dewasa. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson setelah data dinyatakan berdistribusi normal. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat aktivitas fisik tinggi (56,36%) dan status tekanan darah terbanyak berada pada kategori optimal (38,18%). Hasil uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat aktivitas fisik dengan tekanan darah sistolik maupun diastolik (p > 0,05). Kesimpulan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan responden, yang sebagian besar bersifat rutin dan tidak terstruktur, belum memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengendalian tekanan darah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya peningkatan aktivitas fisik yang terencana dan terstruktur sebagai bagian dari pencegahan hipertensi di masyarakat pedesaan.
