ANALISIS PERFORMA FISIK ATLET PEMUSATAN LATIHAN PROVINSI LAMPUNG

Abstract

Periodisasi merupakan langkah strategi dalam menyusun program latihan atlet untuk menghasilkan performa fisik yang maksimal. Pada tahap persiapan khusus atlet harus memiliki kualitas performa fisik yang baik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis performa fisik atlet khsusnya pada komponen daya tahan VO2Max, kecepatan, dan power tungkai atlet menjalankan program latihan pada periodisasi persiapan khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dan melibatkan 40 atlet sebagai sampel yang tergabung dalam pemusatan latihan provinsi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Multi-stage Fitness Test, 30 metter sprint test, dan vertical jump test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan atlet yang memiliki daya tahan VO2max unggul sebesar 17.5%, kecepatan unggul sebesar 20%, dan eksplosif power unggul sebesar 25%. Kesimpulan, rata-rata atlet judo yang tergabung dalam pemusatan latihan provinsi dalam kondisi sangat baik, dan siap untuk melaksanakan periodisasi persiapan khusus untuk mencapai performa maksimum saat bertanding.
