The journal charges author fees as follows.

Article Publication Fee Rp 250,000,

To accompany open access policies, the Journal of Educational Engineering and Environment (JEEE) implemented a new policy for article processing fees. Now it is IDR 250,000,-. This policy will remain in place as long as the Journal of Educational Engineering and Environment (JEEE) has sufficient funding to publish. Of course, donations are very much expected.
