ANALISIS KANDUNGAN KLOROFIL TANAMAN HIAS AGLAONEMA

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplorasi yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kandungan klorofil pada sepuluh sampel Aglaonema hibrida (Aglaonema Ruby Chiang Mai, Aglaonema Heng – Heng, Aglaonema Dut White, Aglaonema Blanceng Susu, Aglaonema Dona Carmen, Aglaonema Aurora, Aglaonema Musa King, Aglaonema Suksom, Aglaonema Sherly dan Aglaonema Pink Anjamani), serta mendeskripsikan hubungannya dengan morfologi dan fisiologinya. Pengukuran kandungan klorofil dilakukan di laboratorium Jurusan Pertanian Universitas Palangka Raya. dengan menggunakan Metode Winterman de Mots. Pengukuran absorbansi sampel ekstrak menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis pada panjang gelombang 645nm dan 663 nm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kandungan Klorofil a paling tinggi terdapar pada Aglaonema Ruby Chiang Mai (0,56 mg/g), Kandungan klorofil b paling tinggi terdapat pada Aglaonema Sherly (0,37 mg/g) dan Kandungan klorofil total paling tinggi terdapat pada Aglaonema Sherly (0,80 mg/g).
Abstract
This research is an exploratory study that aims to describe the chlorophyll content in ten samples of Aglaonema hybrids (Aglaonema Ruby Chiang Mai, Aglaonema Heng – Heng, Aglaonema Dut White, Aglaonema Blanceng Susu, Aglaonema Dona Carmen, Aglaonema Aurora, Aglaonema Musa King, Aglaonema Suksom, Aglaonema Sherly and Aglaonema Pink Anjamani), and describe its relationship with morphology and physiology. The measurement of chlorophyll content was carried out in the laboratory of the Department of Agriculture, University of Palangka Raya. using the Winterman de Mots method. The absorbance measurement of extract samples used UV-Vis spectrophotometer at 645nm and 663 nm wavelengths. The results showed that the highest chlorophyll a content was found in Aglaonema Ruby Chiang Mai (0.56 mg/g), the highest chlorophyll b content was found in Aglaonema Sherly (0.37 mg/g) and the highest total chlorophyll content was found in Aglaonema Sherry (0.80 mg/g).
