The interior quality of eggs is measured through albumen index, yolk index, yolk color, eggshell thickness, and Haugh Unit (HU) value. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of Probio_FM and turmeric administration on the interior quality of laying hen eggs. A total of 100 Isa Brown laying hens aged 56 weeks were grouped into five treatments. Group P0 received only commercial feed, while P1 through P4 received additional Probio_FM at increasing doses of 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2.0% per kilogram of feed. The results of the analysis of variance showed that Probio_FM and turmeric supplementation had a significant effect (P<0.05) on yolk color, but had no significant effect (P>0.05) on albumen index, yolk index, eggshell thickness, and HU value. Increasing turmeric doses were directly proportional to the increase in yolk color scores, with the highest values in P3 and P4 at 8.23 and 8.45, respectively, which were not statistically different from each other. The average values of albumen index (0.092), yolk index (0.40), and eggshell thickness (1.55) were classified as good according to SNI standards. The HU value of 77.68 was classified as grade AA quality based on USDA standards. It was concluded that the combination of Probio_FM and turmeric was effective in improving yolk color pigmentation, but has not yet provided a significant impact on other interior egg quality parameters.
