Perhitungan Overall Equipment Efectiveness Pada Mesin Gerinda Crankshaft
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan mesin gerinda camshaft di bengkel Jasa Ibu dengan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Metode OEE mengukur tiga komponen utama yaitu ketersediaan, kinerja, dan tingkat kualitas, untuk mengevaluasi seberapa dekat proses produksi mendekati kondisi optimal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai OEE pada mesin gerinda camshaft berada di atas standar global sebesar 85%, dengan nilai rata-rata ketersediaan 94,69%, kinerja 99,09%, dan kualitas 100%. Walaupun sebagian besar indikator melebihi standar yang ditetapkan, penurunan efektivitas tercatat pada beberapa hari tertentu, terutama disebabkan oleh waktu henti mesin dan penurunan kecepatan produksi. Untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab penurunan ini, dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut menggunakan diagram pareto dan fishbone diagram. Penelitian ini menyarankan beberapa perbaikan, termasuk perawatan rutin yang lebih sistematis, penyesuaian waktu proses, dan peningkatan keandalan mesin.
