Abstract

In this study has a goal to determine the achievement motivation of students of class X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Srono using behavioral counseling techniques and modeling to determine the effectiveness of achievement motivation between the experimental group and the control group. This research uses population research method, research sample and research design. The study population is the whole subject of the study, the research sample is a portion of the number and characteristics possessed by the population, or a small part of the population members taken according to certain procedures so as to represent the population,and the design of this study was chosen because this study is therapeutic to determine the effectiveness or effect of treatment on the dependent variable.
