THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TRAIT AND FACTOR GROUP COUNSELING TO INCREASE STUDENTS MOTIVATION IN CLASS VIII SMP N 3 MUNCAR
Abstract
The phenomenon of laziness among students incraesingly worried. Such lazy behavior can effect student achievement in school. From being able to get good grades can be bad. If you continue to be left lazy problems can be a pretty serious thing for teenagers now. The lack of awareness of the students about the importance of schooling in their current age can have adverse impacts on their future lives. Moreover, the value they get in the junior high school is very influential to be able to continue to high school level of their choice. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of group counseling with the trait and factor counseling approach to improve students learning motivation at SMP N 3 Muncar.
