Peran Trading Competition Sebagai Sarana Edukasi Pada PT. Victory International Futures

Trading Competition yang diselenggarakan oleh PT. Victory International Futures merupakan salah satu inisiatif edukatif untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan keterampilan trading di kalangan nasabah dan masyarakat umum. Kompetisi ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman praktis dalam perdagangan berjangka dan komoditi, serta untuk mengajarkan manajemen risiko yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana Trading Competition dapat berperan sebagai sarana edukasi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam bidang perdagangan berjangka dan komoditi.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Trading Competition memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman peserta mengenai dinamika pasar dan strategi manajemen risiko. Peserta yang mengikuti kompetisi melaporkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang teknik analisis pasar dan strategi trading yang lebih baik. Selain itu, kompetisi ini juga mendorong peserta untuk terus belajar dan mengembangkan keterampilan mereka dalam perdagangan berjangka dan komoditi. Dengan demikian, Trading Competition dapat dianggap sebagai salah satu metode edukasi yang efektif yang dapat diadopsi oleh institusi lain dalam upaya meningkatkan literasi finansial dan keterampilan trading di masyarakat..

Optimalisasi Strategi Marketing UMKM Desa Sukoreno Kecamatan Umbulsari Kabupaten Jember

Sukoreno Village, Umbulsari District, Jember Regency, has great potential in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, limitations in marketing and the use of digital technology are major challenges. The University of Jember's MSIB Thematic Community Service Program (KKN) seeks to address these issues through training in digital marketing and the use of e-commerce platforms. The methods used include field observation and literature analysis, followed by workshops covering marketing strategy theory, marketplace account creation, and hands-on demonstrations. Results showed an increase in MSMEs' understanding and skills in digital marketing, as well as an expansion of product marketing reach. Students also participated in local promotional activities and the creation of a village profile video, which contributed to the re-branding and positive image enhancement of Sukoreno Village. This activity succeeded in increasing the income of MSMEs, strengthening the relationship between students and the community, and promoting the potential of the village at large.

This Community Partnership Empowerment Program is carried out by the implementing team with CV Diwarna Partners who produce Socks and embroidery products for institutional attributes. In conditions where the production process can be completed quickly and abundantly, it requires efficient and healthy marketing, production and financial management. Partners' priority issues relate to marketing access, productivity, and readiness in the digital ecosystem. For this reason, the ability to increase production is directed by planning and market segmentation. Digital marketing strategies can be used to strengthen market segmentation and reach a wider market. The purpose of this program is to increase the role of Information Technology in marketing and production management. The method of implementation includes socialization, training, application of information technology, mentoring and evaluation. The results obtained are in the form of support for inventory information system applications and digital marketing, as well as increasing the ability and digital literacy of leaders and employees in using these applications. Overall, the contribution of facilities and applications built for partners has a good level of acceptance with an average score of 76%

Pemberdayaan Ibu PKK Morobakung Melalui Pelatihan Lilin Aromaterapi dari Limbah Minyak Goreng

This community service project conducted by the lecturers and students of STIE NU Trate Gresik in Morobakung Village, Manyar District, Gresik Regency, aimed to empower the local women’s group (PKK) through the utilization of used cooking oil as the raw material for producing aromatherapy candles. The project was initiated due to the lack of awareness and skills among the PKK members in managing used cooking oil, which is often disposed of improperly, causing environmental pollution and health risks. The community service activities were carried out in several strategic stages, including initial awareness-raising sessions, forum group discussions (FGDs), practical demonstrations of candle-making, and packaging design training using the Canva application. The novelty of this program lies in transforming used cooking oil into eco-friendly, high-value aromatherapy candles that align with modern lifestyle trends. After the program's implementation, the PKK members acquired the necessary skills to produce high-quality aromatherapy candles and create appealing packaging designs, which helped them to launch sustainable small-scale businesses. This project also contributed to raising environmental awareness and reducing the negative impact of waste oil on the environment. The results indicated significant improvements in the PKK members' environmental awareness and technical skills, particularly in producing, marketing, and packaging candles. The program has created new business opportunities, improved local economic conditions, and fostered sustainable environmental practices in the community. This community service initiative demonstrates a practical solution to environmental issues while empowering local women to enhance their economic independence.

Revitalisasi Usaha Tradisional Menggunakan Teknologi Advanced Dough Mixer Kerupuk Tengiri Untuk Kualitas Yang Konsisten dan Higienis

The revitalization program for traditional mackerel cracker businesses in Probolinggo City has successfully improved production capacity through the implementation of Advanced Dough Mixer technology. This technology replaced the manual mixing method, increasing production efficiency by 50% while ensuring product consistency and hygiene. Additionally, e-finance and digital marketing training was provided to the partners to enhance financial management and expand market access through e-commerce platforms. The results of this program showed a significant increase in the partner’s production capacity, from 7 kg per day to 10-12 kg per day. Digital marketing efforts also boosted sales by 50% through online stores. This program not only improved the quality of mackerel crackers but also opened broader market opportunities and directly contributed to the improvement of the local economy. The participation of students in this activity also contributed to the development of technical and entrepreneurial skills relevant to the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program framework

Pengenalan dan Penerapan Biopori Sebagai Lubang Resapan di SMPN 2 Dringu Kabupaten Probolinggo

The community service activity at SMPN 2 Dringu in Probolinggo Regency aimed to address environmental issues within the school, specifically the frequent waterlogging in certain areas that disrupted activities and posed safety risks. As a solution, the introduction and implementation of Biopore Infiltration Holes (LRB) were carried out at the school. Biopores function to enhance water infiltration, reduce waterlogging, and improve soil quality. This community service activity involved observation, preparation, as well as conducting educational sessions and practical biopore planting by students, with the goal of raising awareness and enhancing capabilities in addressing environmental issues. The results of the activity showed a reduction in waterlogging duration by up to three hours and a decrease in organic waste volume through the use of biopores as compost. The implementation of biopores not only helped mitigate flood risks but also improved the school's environmental quality, supporting sustainability and environmental health.

Inovasi Menguatkan Tradisi: Optimalisasi Kualitas Sambal Ikan Asap dengan Teknologi Full Foil Packaging dan Smokehouse

Permintaan global terhadap ikan diperkirakan akan meningkat secara signifikan, dengan nilai pasar naik dari 338,47 miliar dolar AS pada 2022 menjadi 730,28 miliar dolar AS pada 2030. Namun, ekspor perikanan Indonesia hanya mencapai 5,6 miliar dolar AS pada Januari-November 2023, di bawah target 7,2 miliar dolar AS untuk 2024. Di Probolinggo, hanya 227 UKM pengolah hasil kelautan yang memiliki sertifikat P-IRT, dengan salah satu produk unggulan “Sambal Bledeg Probolinggo,” yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi sambal ikan asap. Mitra menghadapi tantangan, seperti masa simpan produk yang pendek, kurangnya teknologi pengemasan, dan manajemen keuangan manual. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi investasi dalam teknologi pengemasan modern, pelatihan pengolahan ikan, dan penerapan sistem manajemen keuangan elektronik (e-finance). Proyek ini mencakup pembuatan Continuous Band Sealer dan Smokehouse, yang terbukti efektif dalam mendukung produksi. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan mencakup penggunaan Continuous Band Sealer dan teknik pengolahan ikan asap menggunakan smokehouse. Selain itu, pelatihan e-finance dirancang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas mitra dalam pengelolaan keuangan bisnis secara efisien. Setelah pelatihan, mitra dapat mengoperasikan alat dan memproduksi sambal ikan asap yang mendapat respon positif dari konsumen. Program ini berhasil memberdayakan mitra untuk memperluas produksi dan meningkatkan daya saing di pasar lokal. Penerapan teknologi hard dan soft menunjukkan dampak positif pada kebermanfaatan dan produktivitas usaha, dengan fokus pada efisiensi dan kualitas produk.

Implementasi Teknologi Smart Hybrid Dryer pada Kelompok Petani Kopi Kelurahan Gombengsari

The coffee industry in Banyuwangi has a rich history, dating back to Dutch colonial rule. Despite its prominence, coffee farmers, especially the Tunas Harapan farmer group in Gombengsari, face significant challenges in post-harvest coffee handling, particularly in drying methods. Traditional sun-drying methods employed by the farmers are inefficient and fail to meet market standards, leading to reduced product quality. To address this issue, this community engagement project introduced the Solar Hybrid Dryer (SHD) technology, a sustainable drying method combining solar and electric heating. The project involved designing and constructing SHD units integrated with IoT systems for real-time monitoring and control. Additionally, solar panels were installed to provide renewable energy for the system, minimizing operational costs.

Training sessions were conducted for 15 members of the Tunas Harapan group, focusing on post-harvest coffee handling and the use of SHD technology. The training aimed to improve farmers' knowledge and skills, enhancing the quality of their coffee products. The SHD technology proved effective, reducing drying time from 15 days to 5 days while maintaining the optimal moisture content of 12%. Post-training surveys indicated high levels of satisfaction among participants, with improvements in product quality and increased potential for collaboration. Overall, the implementation of SHD technology and capacity building has provided sustainable solutions for improving the livelihoods of coffee farmers in Gombengsari

Penerapan Teknologi Pemasaran Digital Berbasis E-Commerce Pada Kelompok Sumberwangi Sentra Fish

The community service activity conducted at the Sumberwangi Sentra Fish group in Jambewangi Sempu Banyuwangi aimed to address the marketing issues faced by the partner group. Additionally, the activity sought to measure interest and the usefulness of the developed platform to support the program's sustainability. The methods used in this community service included the development of an e-commerce platform, socialization, training, and mentoring. Evaluation of the activity was conducted using instruments in the form of questionnaires to assess interest, the usefulness of technological innovations, and the community service activities. The developed e-commerce platform effectively addressed the partner's marketing challenges. The platform is designed as a web-based application that can be easily accessed via smartphones or directly through the website https://sumberwangisentrafish.com/. The user interface (UI) of the e-commerce platform provides information about products, featuring easily understandable menus that include product displays and detailed information about each marketed item. The interface design focuses on operational ease. Results from the questionnaire indicated that out of 13 respondents, 85% expressed interest and stated that they found the technology and activities to be important, very understandable, and very easy to use, while 75% felt ready to implement digital marketing strategies. In conclusion, the community service demonstrated that the e-commerce platform can enhance the welfare of the partner group and has the potential to support business sustainability.

Inovasi Daur Ulang Lilin Batik Untuk Efisiensi Biaya Dan Peningkatan Kualitas Produk Ramah Lingkungan Pada UKM Batik Manggur Probolinggo

The development of SMEs as a support for the national economy must continue to be supported. In producing Batik, it cannot be avoided that there is waste in the form of wax from used batik which can pollute the environment. UKM Batik Manggur is one of the UKM in Probolinggo, East Java Provinci, which has several problems in developing its business, including processing batik wax waste. This community service activity provides a solution by recycling batik wax waste so that it does not pollute the environment and can be reused for the batik process. The service activities carried out include training in batik wax processing and outreach to batik makers in the Probolinggo City area. Recycled Wax has good quality so it can be reused for the batik process. Using recycled wax has several benefits, including improving batik quality and reducing production costs. With this community service activity, it is hoped that Mitra can develop his business with higher quality and environmental friendly products and reduce production costs.

Rancang Bangun Website Layanan Pendidikan Guna Mendukung Administrasi dan Branding di TKIT Al Binaa

Easy and accurate access to information about TKIT Al Binaa is a crucial need for the community, particularly for parents who require detailed information on educational services. The limited time parents have to conduct direct surveys necessitates a medium that can effectively provide this information. This article proposes the development of a website to support information management, administration, and branding at TKIT Al Binaa. The website is expected to ease public access to necessary information while assisting the school in disseminating information and facilitating administrative processes efficiently. The website development follows four main stages: data collection, website creation, usage socialization, and evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and PIECES analysis to meet the school's needs. This initiative is anticipated to significantly contribute to resolving information access issues and reinforce TKIT Al Binaa's brand as a technologically-oriented institution. Throughout the program, the school has shown high enthusiasm and welcomed the outcomes of this initiative.

Scaling-up Embung Tadah Hujan Untuk Irigasi Pertanian

Kedungbenda Village, Purbalingga, faces agricultural irrigation problems due to dependence on erratic rainfall, especially during the dry season, exacerbated by the El Niño phenomenon. Rain-fed reservoirs are proposed as a solution to increase the availability of irrigation water. Through the rain-fed reservoir scaling-up program, the water storage capacity is significantly increased. As a result, the planting frequency, which was previously only one to two times per year, increased to three times per year, contributing to increased agricultural productivity. The total area of irrigated land also increased, from three to five rice fields per reservoir to a larger area with eight active reservoirs. In addition, the impact of drought was successfully minimized so that farmers could still manage their land even during the long dry season. This program also increased farmers' awareness of the importance of sustainable water management through water management training. However, challenges still exist in terms of reservoir maintenance, especially related to sedimentation. In the future, a more intensive maintenance strategy is needed to maintain the sustainability of the reservoirs.

Pelatihan Pengembangan Desa Wisata Melalui Digitalisasi Dan Inovasi Produk Wisata Di Desa Sibetan, Kabupaten Karangasem, Bali

Sibetan Village in Karangasem Regency, Bali, has great tourism potential but has not been optimally utilized due to a lack of digitalization and tourism product innovation. This article is the result of community service activities aimed at enhancing the digitalization skills and tourism product innovation of the Sibetan Village community. The training included the use of digital technology in the promotion and management of tourist destinations, as well as the development of unique and sustainable tourism products. The method of implementation consisted of lectures, discussions, and practical sessions. The results showed an improvement in participants' understanding and skills in using digital media for promotion and managing tourism products. Participants also began developing new tourism packages, such as the Bali salak agro-tourism, with more innovative and sustainable approaches. Participant satisfaction with the program was very high, with an average score above 3.8 out of 4 on various evaluation indicators. In conclusion, this program successfully empowered the community to utilize digital technology and tourism product innovation to increase tourism appeal and the economic welfare of the community. Follow-up activities involving intensive mentoring are proposed to optimize the results of the training.

Outreach activities regarding service excellence innovation in Gambir District have had a significant impact on the understanding and practice of excellent service among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially those who are members of the Jakarta Entrepreneur community. Participants demonstrated increased understanding of the key elements of good customer service, including effective communication, listening skills, and responsiveness to customer needs.

To achieve this, various research methods have been employed, including a SWOT analysis, online platform development, and the implementation of digital marketing strategies. The outcomes of this project include the launch of Google Business, an official website, and social media accounts designed to increase the visibility and accessibility of the guest house. These efforts are expected to attract more tourists, boost the income of the guest house owner, and offer guests a better and more satisfying stay experience. Consequently, this project not only strengthens the position of Robert Guest House within the local tourism industry but also contributes to the economic growth of Karangasem and enhances the appeal of the destination as an attractive tourist spot.

Pemberdayaan UMKM Komunitas Jakarta Entrepreneur Tentang Inovasi Pengemasan Makanan Dan Minuman

Extension activities regarding food and beverage packaging aim to provide relevant knowledge and skills to MSMEs in the Jakarta Entrepreneur community in an effort to improve the quality of their products and competitiveness in the market. This extension activity is carried out through direct assistance with initial observations and evaluations to understand and improve the packaging process, counseling with presentations, and training on packaging techniques. The pre-test and post-test are used to measure changes in participants' knowledge and skills, with the aim of improving the quality of product packaging and the competitiveness of MSMEs in the market. Product packaging outreach activities for MSMEs in the Jakpreneur community succeeded in increasing participants' understanding of the importance of good packaging. Through mentoring, counseling, outreach and consultation, participants now understand packaging as product protection and an important information medium. In order for this understanding to continue, MSME players are advised to take part in further training and ongoing assistance, as well as involving the government and industry associations to ensure compliance with packaging standards.

Pemberdayaan Pelaku Usaha Konveksi Dengan Teknik Pemasaran Media Sosial Di Jurangmangu, Tangerang Selatan

The aim of this outreach is to teach convection business actors how to effectively use social media for marketing, including creating interesting content and using advertising, in order to expand audience reach and increase sales. This activity was held at the Tourism Institute Campus with 10 convection business actors from Jurangmangu, South Tangerang, and included three stages: theoretical and practical discussion sessions at participant locations, direct training on campus about social media, and mentoring and consultation for the application of knowledge and provision of materials training. The results of the activity showed that participants felt that social media marketing education was very effective and relevant, provided clear understanding, and was useful in improving their skills in marketing products conventionally via social media. All participants felt confident and recommended this counseling to other convection business actors.

This mentoring activity aims to improve the physical fitness of the community through traditional stilt sports in Jambangan Village, Surabaya City. Stilts, as part of Indonesia's cultural heritage, have the potential to train balance, muscle strength, endurance, as well as the focus and concentration of its players. This program includes providing materials on physical fitness, correct stilt playing reflexology techniques, and direct practice sessions for participants. The results of the activity show that community participation in stilt games can improve their physical fitness while strengthening a sense of togetherness and awareness of the importance of preserving traditional culture. In addition, stilts are also a means of education for the younger generation to learn about traditional games that are beneficial for health. This program is expected to be able to create an active community that continues to develop traditional sports as part of a healthy lifestyle and local culture

The management of lorong wisata as one of the local tourist destinations in Makassar City requires an innovative approach to improve service quality and attractiveness for tourists. Internet of Things (IoT) technology offers an effective solution to integrate a more efficient and modern management system. This service programme aims to implement IoT-based management of tourist corridors, including real-time monitoring of cleanliness, security, and management of public facilities. The method used involves training for local communities in the utilisation of IoT technology and the installation of IoT devices in tourist alleys. The results of the service showed an increase in efficiency in the management of tourist passages, as well as more active community involvement in maintaining and utilising existing facilities. The use of IoT technology is proven to be able to accelerate responses to environmental and operational problems, thereby improving the quality of the tourist experience. In the future, it is hoped that this IoT-based management model can be replicated in other areas to support sustainable tourism development.

Diversifikasi Produk Perikanan Lokal Berkelanjutan Melalui Inovasi Teknologi Berbasis Energi Terbarukan di Kelurahan Sibatua

This community service program aims to support the diversification of sustainable local fishery products through the application of renewable energy-based technological innovations in Kelurahan Sibatua. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, this initiative actively involves the community in training, demonstration, and implementation of solar panel technology for fish cooling boxes and processing fishery products into various value-added products such as milkfish nuggets, fish balls, and crackers. The results indicate that the solar panel technology used in the cooling boxes effectively improves the quality and shelf life of fish catches while reducing operational costs that previously relied on fossil energy. Additionally, technical training and mentoring successfully enhanced the community’s skills in fish processing and the use of renewable energy technologies. Evaluation through pre-test and post-test assessments showed a significant improvement in participants' competencies, from basic understanding to the application of technology and sustainable fishery product production.

Sosialisasi SOP dan K3 Penggunaan Mesin Sealer Untuk Meningkatkan Keselamatan Kerja pada UMKM

Cogreg Village in Parung District, Bogor Regency, has great potential in the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector, especially through the Kemuning Mandiri UKM which operates in the field of processed catfish and snacks. However, these SMEs face various challenges such as inadequate product packaging, limited marketing, and low awareness and knowledge about work safety (K3). These problems hinder competitiveness and business growth. This research aims to implement solutions in the form of socialization, training and application of sealer technology to improve product quality, work safety and production efficiency. Through the stages of socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, and program sustainability, the results achieved show a significant increase in technical knowledge and K3 practices, optimization of product packaging, and expansion of business networks. Before the intervention, products were packaged manually with low shelf life and limited marketing. After training, products have better, consistent and safer packaging quality, and there is an increase in partners' understanding of the importance of SOP and K3. This program not only increases product competitiveness but also contributes to strengthening the local economy. Thus, this research makes a real contribution in increasing the capacity and quality of Kemuning Mandiri UKM products in a sustainable manner

Organization is a process of identifying, forming, team working, defining and delegating authority, responsibility and establishing relationships with the aim of enabling people to work together effectively towards set goals. Strengthening the organization is one of the goals of forming members who have knowledge, skills and mentality in accordance with the vision and mission of Green Campus organization. Training is the first step to provide an in-depth understanding of the values, culture and basic skills needed by members of an organization. One of effective way to improve the quality and capacity of human resources in an organization is through basic education and basic training. In training, new members are trained to understand the roles, responsibilities, technical and non-technical skills that are relevant to the organization's goals. Thus training is not just technical training, but also a process of mental strengthening, emotional and intellectual strength of its members. Through this activity, it can make the members of organizations become competent, professional and have high integrity, so that they are able to face future challenges more prepared and confident. The method used in implementing this community service consists of three stages, namely: planning, implementing mentoring, and evaluating the results of mentoring. In this community service activity there were 10 participants. In this evaluation there are four aspects namely: (1) Usefulness, (2) Understandability, (3) Strengthening methods, and (4) Suitability. So, it can be concluded that this activity really hit the targets or participants as shown by the evaluation results with an average score is very good (86.20%), and good (13.80%).

This community service program aims to empower members of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan SMPN 1 Rowokangkung through the management of a healthy canteen as part of efforts to improve economic welfare. Although this canteen has great potential, partners face challenges such as limited production capacity, lack of product variety, and inability to prepare financial reports that meet standards. To overcome these problems, this program offers solutions that focus on three main aspects: 1) Increasing production capacity through the procurement of new machines, such as cup sealer machines, freezers, and electric ovens; 2) Product diversification with the innovation of six new healthy and attractive menus for students, which are implemented through training and technology application; and 3) Increasing partners' understanding and skills in preparing financial reports based on Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities.

The implementation method consists of five stages: socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, and evaluation, as well as program sustainability efforts. This program has succeeded in increasing the production capacity of the healthy canteen, where daily production has increased by more than 50% thanks to new machines. Product diversification added six healthy menu variations that were more attractive to consumers, thus increasing the appeal of the canteen. In addition, partner members showed significant improvements in their ability to prepare more transparent and standardized financial reports, with average test scores increasing from 53 to 93 after the training. Overall, this program improves the economy of partner members and contributes to creating a healthier school environment. The program's sustainability is driven by the partners' commitment to continue developing healthy canteens, making it a real effort to empower the economy and welfare of the school community.

Pameran, bazaar, festival dan kegiatan sejenis memberikan manfaat positip bagi UMKM. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan untuk pendampingan mitra UMKM katering Pawon Mburi dalam Festival Seni dan Budaya 2024 yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Candirenggo Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang. Kegiatan pendampingan ini merupakan bagian dari implementasi konsep bisnis berbasis komunitas yang menjadi tema hibah Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat DRTPM Dirjen Dikti TA 2024. Pendampingan dilakukan untuk desain tata letak stan, media promosi dan manajemen keuangan dengan penerapan mesin kasir. Stan Pawon Mburi diisi juga oleh anggota komunitas. Penjualan dilakukan bersama dalam koordinasi di bawah manajemen Pawon Mburi. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan memberikan peningkatan omset penjualan mitra setiap harinya, selama 4 hari kegiatan festival.

The food truck phenomenon has become a form of culinary business that is increasingly popular in various countries, including Indonesia. A food truck is a vehicle that is designed in such a way that it is suitable for selling food and drinks. KOCAK, namely a coffee rickshaw, a vehicle that can be said to resemble a mini food truck, but is specifically designed for the coffee angkringan model. This model is offered to partners of the 2024 PKM DRTPM program at Widya Gama University, Malang. The main marketing problem faced by partners is related to the sale of finished products. Sales of ready-to-drink coffee specifically produced by the partner community are constrained by the provision of angkringan locations, which require a lot of resources. Partners are targeting the existence of mobile angkringan. In this case, KOCAK is offered as a solution. This manuscript examines the potential success of the KOCAK design as a solution to partner problems. The results of the analysis of the KOCAK design show that KOCAK as an innovative design concept promises the potential for successful implementation when applied. Analysis of the components of the design plan has shown advantages in various aspects of the business. Thus, this solution is feasible to implement.

This study aims to achieve several results that contribute to improving the community's ability regarding welding techniques that are currently in great demand by various industries. The method used is a qualitative method with observation used to understand in depth how SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) electric welding skills are developed in vocational high school students. The sample in this study was the Community Service Activity Implementation Team for the Development of SMAW Electric Welding Skills for Vocational High School (SMK) Students at the Surabaya Aviation Polytechnic Workshop in the 2024 Fiscal Year consisting of 16 people, the results of the study showed that the Development of SMAW Electric Welding Skills has improved the abilities of students of SMK Penerbangan AAG Yogyakarta, SMK Penerbangan Angkasa Lanud Iswahjudi Magetan, SMK Penerbangan Angkasa Malang, even providing new experiences for students from the Computer and Network Engineering department. Based on the results of the activity, the participants showed significant progress in knowledge and skills. Increasing knowledge and skills through the approach of educational materials and technical training provided, participants in this activity have learned the benefits, placement, procedures and how to use SMAW Electric welding correctly and safely. Almost all participants of this activity agreed that SMAW Electric Welding can help improve skills both in education and industry. Empowerment of Aviation Vocational School students in developing SMAW Electric Welding skills is expected to be applied in various industrial fields by providing several examples of how to use SMAW Electric Welding.

The ecotourism environment must be kept clean and sustainable for the sake of sustainability and comfort of visitors. Bukit Kebo Tourism Area is one of the many ecotourism and edutourism destinations in Balikpapan City. With the increasing number of visitors (tourists) to Bukit Kebo, it has an impact on the increase in the volume of waste produced. The increase in the volume of waste has not been managed properly, because the waste is only piled up and burned. Where the impact of hoarding can provide the potential for environmental pollution and the results of burning waste also cause pollution. In overcoming these problems, a solution is offered by using the concept of a waste bank to manage waste, as well as providing assistance to partners about the importance of recycling waste. In addition, education is also carried out for visitors to increase awareness and attention about the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness through the installation of appeal plaques and campaigns through the distribution of brochures. The results of the responses given by management partners and visitors show quite positive results regarding the impacts given from the results of activities to always maintain environmental sustainability and cleanliness, especially in tourist areas.

Penerapan Standarisasi Instalasi Listrik Skala Rumah Tangga bagi Kelompok PKBM Ingin Maju Kabupaten Bantaeng Sulawesi Selatan

Community service activities were implemented to enhance the understanding and application of electrical installation standards in Bantaeng Regency, Indonesia, by supporting the achievement of SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy. In this regard, a series of activities, such as presentations, field audits, and practical training, were conducted for the residents of Bantaeng Regency on the importance of compliance with PUIL. The findings showed that there is a big difference between the existing practice of electrical installation and the recommended standard. This project seeks to address this issue in pursuit of better energy efficiency, safety, and reliability for local households. These activities also profiled several challenges to the promotion of electrical safety, such as inequalities in public awareness and resource limitation. Despite these challenges, such activities show how community-based initiatives could be applied to broader goals of sustainable energy access. Future activities might consider the long-term impact of such interventions and identify ways in which these efforts may be scaled up.

Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran Sistem Kontrol Berbasis Elektro Pneumatik Di SMKN 9 Makassar

The use of electro-pneumatic learning media at SMKN 9 Makassar holds great potential to enhance students' understanding in the field of electrical engineering. However, teachers at the school have not yet been able to fully utilize this media, primarily due to limited technical knowledge. Although electro-pneumatic devices are available at the school, only a few teachers are capable of operating them independently, resulting in minimal use of this technology in teaching and learning activities. Through this community service initiative, these challenges faced by teachers are addressed through systematic training that includes both theoretical instruction and hands-on practice. The training is conducted in several stages, from field orientation to demonstration and simulation, enabling teachers not only to familiarize themselves with electro-pneumatic technology but also to apply it in daily classroom teaching. This training aims to increase teacher professionalism and effectively utilize electro-pneumatic media to create an interactive and practical learning environment.

This article discusses safety regulations during the welding process to reduce the risk of workplace accidents, long-term health consequences, and improve the quality of finished products. The study examines various international safety regulations, practical safety measures, and incidents involving welding. An important first step in increasing employee awareness and understanding of the potential risks that may arise during the welding process is safety socialization. Risks associated with welding include exposure to UV light, hazardous gases, sparks and high temperatures, which, if not managed appropriately, can jeopardize worker health and safety. Therefore, to ensure the best possible implementation of occupational safety standards, organized teaching initiatives through outreach are required. Personal protective equipment (PPE), safe work practices, handling of dangerous goods, risk mitigation and emergency response training are examples of socialization activities. A thorough understanding of welding safety is believed to reduce the number of workplace accidents, increase output, and make the workplace safer. This community service focuses on conducting welding and work safety training for home welding workshop businesses in Balak Village, Songgon District, Banyuwangi Regency. The application of safety standards to the welding process aims to evaluate the effectiveness of welding safety socialization in improving workers' compliance with safety procedures, while providing recommendations for optimizing future training programs.

The main problem in Bletok Village is the lack of understanding regarding PIRT licensing and how to perform digital marketing, as well as the low selling value of their local products. In general, products that have P-IRT licenses have a positive impact on MSME producers in Bletok Village, such as making their product to be easily marketed or distributed legally and expanding consumer reach. The purpose of this community service program is to provide solutions related to the problems faced by the people of Bletok Village, in the form of socializing the understanding of pirt licensing and the digitalization of MSME products in Bletok Village, Situbondo District. The method used is through surveys and outreach. The results obtained from this program is for the MSME community to be able to receive and comprehend information related to PIRT licensing and digital marketing.
