Physical Activity During Physical Distancing

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran umum tentang budaya berolahraga/aktivitas fisik masyarakat DIY selama masa karantina pandemi Covid-19. Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) menetapkannya sebagai Keadaan Darurat Kesehatan Publik Tingkat Internasional pada 31 Januari 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskripsi. Hasil penelitian meunjukkan bahwa elemen-elemen utama yang harus kita pertimbangkan untuk merancang program latihan yang tepat untuk atlet yang terkurung di rumah adalah modalitas latihan, frekuensi latihan, volume dan intensitas.
