Efforts to Maintain Artifacts in The Langkat District Regional Museum

Artifacts are historical relics that contain important information about various aspects of life. Museums, which serve as custodians of historical objects, are required to optimize this role, especially concerning their artifact collections. This research was conducted at the Langkat Regency Regional Museum, aiming to identify the efforts made in preserving artifact collections and the challenges faced by the museum's management in these preservation efforts. This study is descriptive in nature, utilizing a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. The informants in this study included the museum director and staff members working as managers at the Langkat Regency Regional Museum. The findings of this research indicate that preservation activities at the Langkat Regency Regional Museum have been implemented as part of preventive conservation efforts to prevent damage to artifacts and extend their lifespan. The challenges faced by the museum's management in their preservation efforts include a lack of human resources (HR) and limited budget.

The tradition of manganan or earth alms is an annual tradition that is held once a year. This research is related to gratitude. Gratitude itself is a feeling of amazement and appreciation of the favors that have been obtained from the God to His servants, gratitude to others, and also to nature. This research aims to find out the description of gratitude in the manganan tradition in Dander Village, Bojonegoro. The researcher used the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) method. Researchers try to compile the results of literature review, interviews, and other supporting documentation. Things that are obtained is a description of gratitude in the manganan tradition. In addition, the researcher found a unique theme from the interview results, namely respecting the universe from the earth alms. From this, we can learn to respect the universe from the earth alms. learn to respect the surrounding nature. In addition, the earth alms itself is not only done by the Muslim community but can also be followed by non-Muslims.

The role of Fort Vredeburg in the Dutch Military Aggression II in 1948 as a defense base for the Indonesian army and was successfully captured by the Dutch. When the General Attack of 1 March 1949 took place, Fort Vredeburg became the center of Dutch defense and became the main target of the General Attack of 1 March 1949 in Yogyakarta.

This research discusses the ethical and theological study of the impact of plastic waste on tourism life in the GMIM Patmos Bunaken Congregation, which is the most critical part, so it must be maintained and preserved as a form of our responsibility to God as written in the book of Genesis 1: 26 – 28. Moreover, this research uses qualitative research by conducting interviews at the GMIM Patmos Bunaken Congregation, Bunaken Region. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and data analysis. The analysis results show that most congregation members already have a sense of responsibility for not throwing away plastic waste carelessly because this has a fatal impact on the beauty of tourism in Bunaken National Park. Through this research, it is hoped that members of the congregation will be more aware of how important it is to protect and preserve God's creation and also know that throwing away plastic waste carelessly will hurt the environment, health, and even the economy of the congregation.

Research on advertising is an important step to introduce the context, significance, and purpose of the research. Advertising, as an integral element in the world of marketing and communication, has a very vital role in influencing consumer perceptions, attitudes, and behavior. In the digital era and globalization, advertising is not only a means of promoting products or services, but also reflects trends, cultural values, and social dynamics. This research will use a descriptive research approach to answer research questions. The choice of descriptive research with a quantitative approach is considered appropriate to the objectives of this research. Apart from playing a role in forming meaning, representation also plays a role in forming identity. Identity is a product of production that is constantly in the process of change, indicating that identity is "always formed within, not outside, representation." The analysis applied in this research is based on Hall's theory of representation. Representation combines existing signs to form meaning, and because everyone has different empirical experiences, the nature of representation becomes unstable and is never limited to just one interpretation.

Implementation of Good Governance in the Appointment of Regional Acting Heads

These appointments are sometimes influenced by powerful politicians and don't involve the public enough. The research uses existing documents (like legal codes and scholarly articles) to explore this issue. The findings suggest the current system for picking acting regional heads lacks transparency, public involvement, and accountability. To make the process fairer and more open, improvements are needed in following good governance principles. The study is based on Indonesian law (Law No. 30 of 2014) and government regulations (Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 4 of 2023).

PMO addiction (Pornography, Masturbation, and Orgasm) is a serious issue that negatively impacts mental, physical, and spiritual health, particularly for the youth in the GMIM Tasik Wangurer congregation in the Bitung VIII region. This study aims to examine the issue of PMO addiction from a Christian ethical perspective and provide appropriate treatment recommendations. The urgency of this research lies in the widespread impact of PMO addiction on individual and church community life, as well as the need for a holistic approach that aligns with Christian values for addressing this issue. The research method includes literature review, in-depth interviews with involved youth, and consultations with theologians and mental health experts. The results of the study indicate that PMO addiction contradicts Christian ethical principles such as holiness, self-control, love, and the calling to live a holy life. The implementation of the research findings includes faith-building through pastoral counseling services, Bible study and prayer, and mentoring programs; education and awareness through seminars, training, and support groups; as well as positive direction through talent development and character building. By applying these measures, it is hoped that youth experiencing PMO addiction can recover and lead lives that align with their calling as holy and pleasing children of God

THE EFFECT OF GENIALLY WEBSITE-BASED GAMIFICATION MEDIA ON HISTORY LEARNING MOTIVATION

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media gamifikasi berbasis website Genially terhadap motivasi belajar sejarah siswa kelas XI-1 SMA Negeri 1 Porong. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan rancangan pre-eksperimen one group pre-test post-test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI-1 yang berperan sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Nilai rata-rata motivasi belajar sejarah pada pre-test sebesar 68,32, sedangkan nilai rata-rata pada post-test meningkat menjadi 83,51. Analisis data menggunakan uji T dependen menunjukkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,00 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media gamifikasi berbasis website Genially memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar sejarah. Penggunaan gamifikasi dalam pendidikan memungkinkan siswa untuk belajar dengan cara yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan minat dan motivasi mereka terhadap materi pelajaran. Integrasi teknologi seperti Genially dalam pembelajaran sejarah menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan inovatif ini dapat membantu meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa penggunaan media gamifikasi dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran sejarah.

The writing of this article aims to discuss the role of the Jami Ilir Mosque located on Jl. Diponegoro, Ilir, Gunungsitoli City, Nias. The Jami Ilir Mosque is the oldest mosque in Nias Regency which was very influential in the spread of Islam on the island of Nias, the first mosque was founded in 1115 H, with buildings still made of wood. Due to the increasing number of worshipers the mosque building was enlarged but still half concrete, in 1970 the construction was carried out again with a fully concrete foundation. Development continues because of the increasing number of worshipers. In addition to the place of worship, the jami ilir mosque is also used in several activities such as, a place for Islamic education for children, a place for deliberation of the Kings who lead, meeting halls and others. Some activities are still running until now such as, a place of study and a place for Islamic holidays. Despite not being a Muslim- majority area, Gunungsitoli city can still coexist with adherents of religions outside Islam. In some villages there are also families who follow Islam. Although no longer in its original form, the Jami Ilir Mosque is still known as the first mosque in Gunungsitoli and its name remains as historical evidence of the entry of Islam on Nias.

Intellectual Property Rights as common property must be shared in principle When a divorce occurs, both in a cumulative lawsuit or a stand-alone lawsuit, but in practice it is not well understood or known in judicial practice in Indonesia, and even still seems foreign. In fact, referring to Article 35 of Law Number 1 of 1974 stipulates that every property acquired during the marriage period is common property, including Intellectual Property Rights, because it is a material right of a part of intangible objects. In the research, the author uses the normative law research method. The issues described were regarding the Judge's Consideration in the West Jakarta District Court Decision No. 1622/Pdt.G/2923/Pa.Jb and discussed the copyright qualification for Virgoun's song as joint property in marriage. From the results of the research, the judge's consideration in the West Jakarta District Court Decision No. 1622/Pdt.G/2923/Pa.Jb is appropriate because in its consideration the Panel of Judges uses reference to the relevant laws and regulations and the Copyright of the Virgoun Song can be legalized as Joint Property in Marriage based on Article 35 paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law.

Improving Students Learning Motivation trough Group Guidance Services

The purpose of the study was to determine the significance of increasing students' learning motivation through the provision of group guidance services to students of SMAN 3 Baubau. This research used quantitative method, with pre-experimental design using one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at SMAN 3 Baubau with the research subject of class XI students who have low learning motivation category. The population in this study totalled 48 students. Sampling through nonprobability sampling technique with the technique of determining the number of samples through purposive sampling. The number of research samples is 8 students who have low learning motivation. The posttest results consisted of 5 students with a percentage of 62% in the medium category and 3 students with a percentage of 38% in the high category and there were no low category students. In the Ranks Uiji Wilcoxon Signed-Ranks data shows that negative ranks or negative differences between pre-test and posttest results are 0 in the N value, Mean Rank and Sum of Ranks. On positive ranks the results of the pres test posttest show 8 on the n value, mean ranks or an average increase of 4.50 and sum of ranks with a value of 36.00. While the level of similarity in the pretest and post test scores is 0, where the value of 0 is said to be no similarity in the pres test and posttest scores. It can be concluded that group guidance services are effective in increasing students’ learning motivation.

This research discusses the History of the Fourth Century Church Council and its Relevance for GMIM. The research method used is a qualitative method with a historical approach. The aim of this research is so that congregations can learn about the history of the fourth century church council and its relevance for GMIM. It is hoped that the results of the research will provide the congregation with an understanding and knowledge of the history of the fourth century church council and its relevance for GMIM. To be able to grow, develop and learn from history and become a congregation that continues to be a blessing. The conclusion obtained is that the GMIM, which is a member of the church, must continue to be updated and reformed so that it can understand the church council of the fourth century and can be a lesson for the church today.

MPLEMENTATION OF THE STUNTING REDUCTION POLICY IN THE BUKIT SURUNGAN DISTRICT OF PADANG PANJANG CITY

The Padang Panjang city government is trying to reduce the stunting rate to 16% in 2023 and 14% in 2024, by strengthening data and determining the focus on reducing stunting rates. This reduction is in support of the National Action Plan for the Acceleration of Reducing Indonesia's Stunting Rate (RAN PASTI) which is planned by the government through the BKKBN. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to describe in detail the local government's strategy in handling stunting cases in Padang Panjang City. Data was obtained from interviews with informants regarding strategies, influencing factors, and ways to overcome obstacles in reducing stunting rates in Surungan Hill, as well as observations of children affected by stunting and their parents. Observations were carried out on February 28 and March 1 2023. Apart from interviews and observations, the research also used documentation studies of regulations, media information and other relevant secondary data sources. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Padang Panjang city government policies in Bukit Surungan Subdistrict in reducing stunting. The research results show that the implementation of the stunting reduction policy in Bukit Surungan Village by the Padang Panjang City Government shows serious efforts to achieve the standards and targets that have been set. The main challenges include low community participation, limited health workforce, unequal distribution of resources, and lack of coordination between organizations. Efforts to increase the number and capacity of health cadres, improve distribution systems, and better communication and coordination are very necessary. The dedication of implementing agents greatly supports the success of the program, however additional training and incentives are needed to maintain motivation and work effectiveness. External factors such as social, political and economic conditions also influence policy implementation, with city government support and social assistance programs being very important to overcome family economic limitations. Education and counseling involving various parties is needed to increase public awareness and knowledge about the importance of nutrition

The use of films in improving students' vocabulary is effective for enhancing students' vocabulary at SMP NEGERI 4 Motoling

This study aims to enhance the vocabulary skills of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Motoling through the storytelling method. The research employs Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a cycle approach, involving two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting phases. The storytelling method was integrated into English lessons, with simplified stories and vocabulary-focused activities. Pre-tests and post-tests, along with observation checklists and student interviews, were used for data collection. In Cycle 1, students' mean vocabulary scores improved from 63.6 in the pre-test to 74.8 by the end of the cycle, but the success criteria of 75 were not met. Following reflections and adjustments, Cycle 2 showed significant progress, with mean scores rising to 77 in Meeting 1 and 81.2 in Meeting 2. The percentage of students achieving 'good' and 'very good' ratings increased markedly.The storytelling method effectively improved vocabulary acquisition. Adjustments based on Cycle 1’s feedback, such as simplifying stories and allowing more time for vocabulary practice, contributed to the success in Cycle 2. Students engaged more actively with the content, leading to better understanding and retention of vocabulary. The findings suggest that incorporating storytelling in vocabulary instruction can enhance student learning outcomes. Teachers are encouraged to use engaging and interactive methods to improve vocabulary skills, adapting strategies based on student needs and feedback.

Pelayanan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh suatu organisasi yang menyangkut kebutuhan konsumen, dengan pelayanan yang baik masyarakat akan merasa puas, dengan demikian pelayanan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam upaya menarik minat konsumen untuk menggunakan barang atau jasa yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sejauh mana kualitas pelayanan Penerbitan Surat Izin Magang di Pusdiklat PT Semen Padang dengan harapan pengguna jasa/pelanggan, peneliti menggunakan tiga komponen teori Morgan dan Murgatroyd yaitu. “Segitiga keseimbangan dalam kualitas pelayanan” yaitu komponen interpersonal, komponen lingkungan prosedur atau proses, dan komponen teknis atau profesional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan quasi kualitatif atau desain pseudo kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode simple research design (SRD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Proses Penerbitan Surat Izin Magang yang dilakukan oleh Pusdiklat PT Semen Padang cukup baik dengan mempertimbangkan keseimbangan teori yang digunakan, proses pelayanan yang berjalan juga cukup sesuai dengan SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) dan standar pelayanan yang telah ditetapkan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang perlu diperhatikan, salah satunya adalah kenyamanan ruang tunggu bagi para pelamar magang yang datang untuk mengurus izin magang.

Application of the Treffinger Learning Model Assisted by Image Media to Improve Poetry Writing Skills in Class XI Students of SMAN 6 Karawang

Students experiencing difficulty in writing poetry is one of the backgrounds for this research. This research aims to determine the increase in the ability to write poetry in the learning process that applies the treffinger learning model assisted by image media versus those that do not apply the treffinger learning model assisted by image media. The research method used was a quasi experiment in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were class XI students of SMAN 6 Karawang. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique by selecting two classes, namely XI-5 (control class) and XI-2 (experimental class), each with 36 student respondents from 324 class XI students. The results of this research show that the application of the treffinger learning model assisted by image media has been proven to be able to increase the ability to write poetry in the experimental class and the control class and there are significant differences. This conclusion can be seen from the results of the pretest and posttest scores which have significant differences in the experimental and control classes. The control class had an average pretest score of 53.64 and posttest 70.78. Meanwhile, the experimental class had an average pretest score of 64.53 after implementing the Treffinger learning model assisted by image media which increased with an average posttest score of 80.56.

Libraries are important institutions that provide access to various sources of information and knowledge, including books, magazines, journals, newspapers, ancient collections, and digital materials such as e-books, e-journals, and databases. The role of libraries is crucial in meeting the intellectual and educational needs of the community. The main purpose of the library is to provide open access and information services to the community, both for educational, research, and recreational purposes. Over time, libraries have developed into institutions that underlie the development of culture and science, including in maintaining ancient collections. The preservation of ancient collections requires serious attention related to factors of age, materials, environmental conditions, and humidity. This study aims to explore strategies, processes, and obstacles in maintaining ancient collections at the Sintong Bingei Library. Through a qualitative approach with case studies, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis to understand maintenance practices, challenges faced, and recommendations for future policy improvements. The results of the study lead to an understanding of efforts to maintain ancient cultural heritage in the library environment so that it can be seen by future generations and its authenticity is maintained

This type of research is qualitative, using the Manual Data Analysis Procedure (MDAP) technique. The results of this study indicate that the analysis from several aspects for The Effectiveness Of SISUMAKER Application Implementation In Electronic Archive Management At The Regional Office Of The Ministry Of Law And Human Rights Of West Sumatra includes, from the aspect of adaptation, most employees are able to use the SISUMAKER application, but some employees in UPT are still unable to utilize it. Then, from the aspect of integration, the SISUMAKER application is effectively integrated into each division. From the aspect of motivation, the SISUMAKER application greatly facilitates employees in the process of distributing or disposing of incoming and outgoing letters. Lastly, from the aspect of production, incoming and outgoing letters, as well as other archives, are managed effectively and efficiently but sometimes encounter obstacles due to network and system issues from the central office. The obstacles encountered in the implementation of the SISUMAKER application include occasional problems from the central system or the Data and Information Center (PUSDATIN), facilities and infrastructure experiencing damage or not functioning properly, a lack of features that hinder the process of managing incoming and outgoing letters, a lack of understanding among some employees in utilizing the SISUMAKER application, and some employees who are not competent in using the application. Finally, the solutions undertaken to improve the effectiveness of the SISUMAKER application implementation include providing guidance and monitoring in the use of the application at each UPT, maintaining and strengthening the application system and improving facilities and infrastructure, proposing the addition of features to PUSDATIN that are deemed necessary to expedite the management of incoming and outgoing letters on the SISUMAKER application, and conducting quarterly surveys on the effectiveness of the SISUMAKER application usage.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) carried out by PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi to pay attention to environmental conditions and community welfare and to find out what factors influence them. This research is included in the field research category with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. The research results show that PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi has indeed implemented Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), in this case the company has carried out various kinds of social activities towards the environment and society, but there are still several shortcomings and obstacles in the process. Apart from that, there are factors that influence the implementation of PT Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, seen from supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factor is the synchronization between the proposals from the buffer villages and the CSR program which works together to implement the CSR program of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi in improving the welfare of the community in Lubuk Pinang village. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor that is an obstacle is that CSR which is realized is not yet significant for society.

Trisuaka Mall is an innovation to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) initiated by the Department of Community and Village Empowerment (DPMD) of Dharmasraya Regency. The purpose of this innovation is to improve the family economy through a transparent, responsive, innovative, and sustainable platform. Trisuaka Mall provides two types of services, namely online and offline-based, to promote and sell MSME products. This research aims to examine how the innovation of MSME empowerment through Mall Trisuaka is carried out by DPMD of Dharmasraya Regency. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, documentation, and non-participant observation. The results show that Trisuaka Mall has relative advantages and high compatibility with local needs, but faces significant barriers, including technical issues with the website, budget limitations, and lack of understanding of online features. Although mitigation measures such as technical guidance and socialization were implemented, these challenges affected the effectiveness and sustainability of the innovation. In conclusion, with proper handling of existing barriers, Trisuaka Mall has the potential to have a significant positive impact in improving MSME empowerment and the family economy in Dharmasraya Regency. Further efforts are needed to rectify technical issues, improve user understanding, and strengthen budget support to ensure the long-term success of this innovation

This research aims to determine the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students Based on Ado Local Wisdom to Improve the Social Emotional Capabilities of Children Aged 5-6 Years at TKK St. Gabriel Satap Mangulewa in the 2024/2025 academic year. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research using data collection methods, namely interviews, documentation and observation. The informants in the research were the school principal and class teacher. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman with the implementation stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of research at TKK St. Gabriel saw Mangulewa, that through the local wisdom game ado in the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, it showed that the social emotional abilities of children aged 5-6 years had improved well, seen from the observation process at the start of the learning activity, implementation usingthe ado game media, until the end learning.

This study aims to determine whether the agricultural sector is a basic or non-basic sector that can drive the economic development of Tomohon City. This research was conducted in Tomohon City. The writing time lasted for 3 months from March to June 2024. The type of data used is time series data, namely GRDP at constant prices for Tomohon City from 2018-2023 and GRDP of North Sulawesi Province in 2018-2023. The analysis used is contribution analysis (Share Analysis), location quotient (LQ) analysis. The results of the study show that the agricultural sector contributes to the economic development of Tomohon City. The average contribution of the agricultural sector/year is 13.34%. The agricultural sector is a non-basic sector in Tomohon City. Horticulture, food crops and plantation crops have a role in improving the regional economy

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of motivation and workload on employee performance at the Manukan Kulon Subdistrict Office. This research includes quantitative research. The population of this study were Manukan Kulon sub-district office employees with the sampling technique used in the form of a census so that the sample in this study was all 23 Manukan Kulon sub-district office employees. The data in this research was obtained through questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis techniques used are the classical assumption test, the coefficient of determination test (R-Square), overall hypothesis testing, and individual hypothesis testing.

The results of research based on multiple linear regression analysis concluded that motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance as indicated by a regression coefficient value of 0.257 with a significance value of Sig t=0.000 and α=0.05. Workload does not have a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by t = -1822 > t table = 2.06866 (df=23, α/2=0.025), the significance value is Sig t=0.083 with α=0.05. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the calculated F value = 12,119> F table = 3.42 (df1=2, df2=23, α=0.05), with a significance value of F = 0.000 < α=0.05, then H0 is rejected, so motivation and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Thus, it can be concluded that the performance of Manukan Kulon District Office employees is influenced by motivation and workload simultaneously by 58.4% and the remaining 42.6% is influenced by other factors.

The purpose of this research is to find out 1) whether there is a significant increase in students' ability to write texts with clustering techniques, and 2) any difficulties that are associated with students in using clustering techniques. The test used is a test writing descriptive text and questionnaires. The method in this research is Post-Test Pre-Test Unit Design. The research design uses one class as an experimental class which gets two consultations using the Clustering technique. The sample used was 20 students in class VIII SMP N 5 Ranoyapo. Research data were collected through pre-test, post-test and questionnaire.

The results showed a difference between pre-test and post-test statistics after the application of clustering techniques with significance values. Furthermore, most students find it difficult to use adjectives and develop main topics when using grouping techniques to write descriptive paragraphs. This shows the grouping technique makes it easy for students to improve their writing skills

This study focuses on the aspect of the form of the beauty myth in the novel Induk Gajah by Ira Gita Sembiring (2023). The analysis was carried out by utilizing Naomi Wolf's feminist theory. The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) the aspect of intrinsic elements in the novel; (2) the form and influence of the beauty myth in the novel; and (3) recommendations for the results of the discussion as teaching materials for high school level novel texts. This research is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were obtained through reading and note- taking techniques. Analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The plot in the novel Induk Gajah by Ira Gita Sembiring is a mixed plot. The female character in the novel is named Ira Gita Sembiring, a fat woman who is 30 years old. The depiction of the setting in the novel includes many places with certain times and conditions. 3 forms of beauty myths were found in the novel, namely: (1) beauty as a male institution, (2) beauty as an exchange system, and (3) beauty objectively and universally. The efforts made by female characters to fight the myth of beauty are by cultivating personal admiration, self-confidence, and ultimately achieving a sense of self-acceptance. The recommendation as a teaching material for novel texts at the high school level in the form of an e-module that will be used for the learning process in the field of Indonesian language in schools.

Education and literacy are key components in forming an intelligent and skilled generation, with students' reading interest being a crucial indicator of literacy ability. Comprehensive education encompasses the development of spirituality, personality, intelligence, and skills, as stated in Law No. 20 of 2003. The government strives to enhance literacy through the School Literacy Movement (GLS), which aims to cultivate and improve literacy comprehensively and sustainably. This study examines the efforts of the NYALI (Nyaman Literasi) community at SMPN 20 Medan in increasing students' reading interest. NYALI creates a supportive environment for reading through various activities such as Book Tourism, short story classes, public speaking classes, an English Club, library volunteers, and peer tutors. This research uses a qualitative approach with surveys, observations, and interviews to evaluate the impact of literacy activities on students' reading interest. The results show that student participation in NYALI activities has increased their confidence and academic performance. Internal factors like motivation and external factors such as family and school environment play crucial roles in students' reading interest. School literacy programs, supported by the community and family, are essential for creating a generation that loves reading and possesses strong literacy skills.

This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the Department of Industry and Manpower in enhancing the capacity of SMEs within the Mutiara Farmer Group in Nagari Labuah Gunuang, Lareh Sago Halaban District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The study employs qualitative research with a descriptive method. Data validity in this research is tested using source and method triangulation techniques. The findings indicate that the main hindering factors include, lack of human resources, and low participation of SME members as well as limited cooperation with palm sugar farmers, while the main supporting factor is the adequate production facilities.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the quizizz application learning media on the motivation and learning outcomes of class X history of SMK 2 Pancasila. The focus of the study was to see the extent to which the quizizz learning media influenced the motivation and learning outcomes of students. The research method used a Pre-Experimental Design type two group posttest-only design with a quantitative approach. There were control and experimental classes to prove the action hypothesis that there was a significant effect of the use of quizizz media between the two groups. Data collection techniques were in the form of learning motivation questionnaires and test questions to determine learning outcomes. Data analysis used a scoring technique with a Likert scale, normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test, all of which were processed using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of the study were that in the control class the highest score was 70 and after being given treatment in the experimental class the score became 100, then the average obtained from the control class was 60.2 and in the experimental class it became 89.0. The value of the motivation questionnaire r count is 0.0713 and the value of r table = 44, and the Posttest r count is 0.0601 and the value of r table = 44, and the significance value is 0.05 so that H0 is accepted. And the value of the motivation questionnaire is 0.0713 then H0 is accepted because >0.05, and the posttest value is 0.0601 then H0 is accepted because >0.05. So it can be concluded that with the treatment of learning media using quizizz in History subjects, it has an impact on increasing values significantly, students are more motivated in learning History by completing History assignments and questions well, so it can be concluded that the quizizz learning media provides high interest and motivation in learning History.

This study aims to analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on the performance of fire department employees in the firefighting division of Surabaya. Employee performance is a crucial aspect of a fire department organization, as the success of the team in handling emergency situations depends on the effectiveness, resilience, and quick response of each individual. This research employs a quantitative method by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 100 employees of the Surabaya Fire Department. Based on the analysis results, it was found that intellectual intelligence (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2) did not have a significant influence on employee performance, with t-values of 1.422 and 0.646, respectively, which were smaller than the t-table value of 1.69, and p-values of 0.159 and 0.520, respectively, which were larger than 0.05. On the other hand, spiritual intelligence (X3) was proven to have a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 8.163 larger than the t-table value of 1.69 and a p-value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. The findings of this study highlight the importance of spiritual intelligence in improving employee performance, particularly in situations that require resilience, motivation, teamwork, and ethical decision-making. This research suggests the importance of developing spiritual intelligence as part of performance enhancement strategies in the workplace of fire departments.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the REHAB (Gradual Payment Plan) Program in Reducing JKN Contribution Arrears at BPJS Health in Solok City. Qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach were used in this research which aims to describe phenomena that correspond to events in the field. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews and documentation. The theory used in this research is the theory of Van Metter and Van Horn (1975), which includes policy size and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, attitudes/dispositions of implementers, inter-organizational communication and implementing activities, as well as the economic environment. , social, and political. The research results show that there are three forms of implementing the REHAB program, namely the REHAB Education Competition, outreach, and collaboration with the District Attorney's Office. However, in its implementation there are several problems such as the low interest of health facilities in participating in educational competitions, uneven outreach to the community due to limited infrastructure, and collaboration with the prosecutor's office which causes a negative impact on participants who are in arrears.

Using an ethnolinguistic approach, the article examines how legal proverbs reflect the cultural values, ethics, and worldview of the Kaili people, as well as their role in maintaining social order. The analysis reveals that legal proverbs in the Kailinesse not only serve as advice or warnings but also as expressions of local wisdom that encompass principles of justice, harmony, and adherence to customary rules. The findings provide insights into how the Kaili community expresses concepts of law and justice through their language and highlight the importance of proverbs as a tool for preserving cultural identity.

The research approach taken is descriptive and qualitative, with participants including management from Dream Tours and Travel LTD and Umrah pilgrims. Information was gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation, and then analyzed using qualitative methods. The findings revealed that Dream Tours and Travel LTD has successfully executed an IMC strategy by utilizing a range of communication channels that work together seamlessly. The company utilizes customer data to present relevant offers, develops informative content to build trust, and conducts analysis to adjust their communication strategy. The strategic and tactical implementation of IMC has contributed to increased customer engagement and strengthened brand loyalty. In conclusion, Dream Tours and Travel LTD's implementation of IMC has been successful in retaining customers and can serve as a model for other companies in the same industry.

Collective memory of a nation is the result of the process of identifying the memories of historical actors in the heroic events of the physical revolution of the Indonesian Independence fighters (PKRI) who were members of the Indonesian Veteran Legion (LVRI). The number of Independence Fighters is decreasing so that historical memory needs to be saved as a historical source through the excavation of oral history. The aim of this study is to reveal the historical memory of PKRI Veterans in 1945-1949 in an effort to save local historical sources. The method used is the historical method with oral history techniques. Informants are key actors in the revolutionary events of 1945-1949. The results of the study show that the historical actors of 1945-1949 were not from the armed forces but from the people who were members of the armed forces and paramilitaries recognized by the government. In general, it started from the awareness to defend independence by choosing guerrilla warfare. The army and the people fought to defend the country. Victory in war is determined by the strength of the people who are united. Historical Memory is presented in a contemporary context so that it can foster a spirit of nationalism, build historical awareness and can be used as a source of learning history.

During the Shang Dynasty, rebus or divination artifacts appeared on bones, which is the earliest medium for writing Chinese characters. Based on the discovery of boiled artifacts as a medium for writing Chinese characters, we can know that during the Shang Dynasty (1064-1600 BC) there was a language system and a reading and writing system used in a wide area, and the Yangtze River and Yellow River were important factors that supported deployment of the system. The existence of this language system and reading and writing system can mean that this area has developed to the stage of advanced civilization. The research method used is the historiography (history) method. Research begins with selecting a subject or topic which takes place through four main steps, namely, heuristics (searching for sources), criticism (selecting and sorting reliable and valid sources), interpretation (interpretation or meaning) and historiography (writing history). The results of this research are the development and standardization of language that occurred in the Yellow-Yangtze River civilization which includes writing media, vocabulary sounds (phonemes), influenced by social, religious and political factors.

This research aims to describe the forms of icons, indices and symbols in the mappacci tradition mantra found in Lubuk Village, Tanjungbatu, Kundur, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands. The object of this research is the mantra in the mappacci tradition of Lubuk Village, Tanjungbatu Kundur, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands, which was obtained from informants. This research method is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and recording. Data analysis techniques are carried out using data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis obtained from Cultural Semiotic Analysis in the Mappacci Tradition, Wedding Customs of the Bugis Tribe of Tanjungbatu, Kundur, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands, namely the Mappacci tradition mantra, found the use of semiotics such as icons, indexes and symbols.

“Cheng Beng” is an annual tradition carried out by ethnic Chinese people in Indonesia to honor their ancestors by visiting cemeteries to clean the graves and make offerings. This research explores the psychological constructs related to the Cheng Beng ceremony using a qualitative method with a narrative literature study approach. The data were collected through interviews and literature review, with subjects selected using purposive sampling. Three themes emerged from the interviews: the implementation of the Cheng Beng tradition, its meaning, and changes in its implementation of Cheng Beng. The literature review revealed the themes of respecting ancestors, strengthening family bonds, and enhancing relationships with other ethnic groups. The psychological constructs explored in this research are spirituality, emotional well-being, and social identity. Participating in the Cheng Beng tradition fosters a spiritual connection with ancestors, enhances emotional well-being by helping individuals cope with feelings of loss, connects to the family who have died. Participating in this ceremony strengthens one’s connection to Chinese culture and family history, which in turn strengthens their social identity as members of the Chinese community.

This research discusses the values of character education in the film "Jelita Sejuba" by Ray Nayoan. According to Endraswara (2011), literary works are a unique and organic phenomenon, full of meaning and function which are often blurred, because they require imagination. Literature is also considered a work of art that is born from the author's contemplation of reality, and contains important aesthetic elements. Film as a communication medium also contains character values such as moral, social, religious and political, highlighting Natuna coastal culture with an interesting story background, reflecting the life of the local community. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research found fifteen values of character education. It is hoped that this research can broaden students' insight into the value of character education in the film "Jelita Sejuba"

The problem in this research is whether there is an influence of the problem learning model based learning on the ability to write biographical texts of class X SMAN 6 students Karawang. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of the model problem based learning on students' ability to write biographical texts class X at SMAN 6 Karawang. This type of research is experimental research with using the Nonequivalent Control Group Design research design, which is one of the experimental types. The population in this study were class X SMAN students 6 Karawang with 252 students. The sample in this study were students in class X-1 and X-2 consisted of 72 students using purposive sampling. Results This research shows that the research data collected. Testing hypothesis using two means test analysis. Based on the calculation results, class experiment and control obtained Sig values. (2-tailed) posttest data is 0.001, then Ho is accepted because of the Sig value. (2-tailed) < 0.05. Therefore, the learning model Problem Based Learning (PBL) based on infographic media can be influenced and used in the ability to write biographical texts in class X students at SMAN 6 Karawang.

The results of the fraud survey in Indonesia in 2019 show that out of 239 cases of fraud found, 167 cases (69.9%) were related to corruption. Three conditions trigger fraud: pressure, opportunity, and rationalization. Fraud has a harmful impact, whether financial or non-financial, and therefore prevention efforts are needed such as implementating a whistleblowing system. Cultural factors significantly impact the effectiveness of such systems. This study explores the "ewuh pakewuh" culture through the lens of the theory of planned behavior (TPB). When reviewing the three determinants in the TPB, namely attitude toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, the "ewuh pakewuh" culture influences the intention of fraud behavior and the whistleblowing system. Literature studies reveal that in cultures with high "ewuh pakewuh" presence, fraud intention is high, and whistleblowing effectiveness is low. Although "ewuh pakewuh" fosters harmony and reduces conflict, courage is needed to report illegal actions for organizational sustainability. Research on "ewuh pakewuh" is more common in government settings, as it is believed to be more prevalent in government institutions than in egalitarian corporate organizations. Further research is necessary to understand this phenomenon and to evaluate how private companies in Indonesia are affected by the "ewuh pakewuh" culture and its impact on their performance.

Development of Digital Teaching Materials for Local History Courses to Improve Learning Effectiveness and Support the MBKM Program

The development of digital local history teaching materials at Universitas Banyuwangi on 17 August 1945 is based on the need to digitise teaching material content, learning models, learning strategies and assessment instruments uploaded through e-learning and integrated into the Ministry of Education and Culture's SPADA. The local history learning process also often takes place conventionally so that it is not in accordance with the MBKM programme. The purpose of this research is to develop local history teaching materials in digital form to increase participation to improve learning effectiveness. The research method used uses the A.D.D.I.E. development model which includes five stages; Analyse, design, develop, implement, evaluate. Based on the results of statistical tests conducted using the SPSS programme, the average post-test score of the experimental class was 82 and the average post-test score of the control class was 74.2. While the t-test obtained a value of 6.621 with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.025 (0.000 <0.025), so Ho is rejected or there is an average difference between the experimental class and the witness class. In conclusion, the developed local history digital teaching materials effectively improve learning effectiveness.

An Analysis of Fishermen's Economic Welfare: A Case Study of Catch-Based Financial Structures in the Talaud Islands Regency

This study examines the economic welfare of fishermen in Gemeh District, Talaud Islands Regency, with a focus on the financial structure based on fishing yields. The study aims to understand how financial support from fish buyers affects the income and overall economic well-being of fishermen. The financial assistance typically includes capital for fuel, basic family needs, and emergency expenses.

A case study approach was used to gather in-depth data on the fishermen's economic conditions. The population consists of fishermen in Gemeh District, while the sample includes those who have adopted a catch-based financial system. Data collection involved interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with fishermen, government representatives, and community members. The data was analyzed using regression analysis to evaluate the relationship between fishing yields (independent variable) and fishermen’s income (dependent variable), alongside other factors like operational costs and financial aid.

The regression analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between fishing yields and fishermen's income. Higher fishing yields were correlated with increased income, although high operational expenses often hindered optimal economic welfare. Fishermen who received capital from local fish buyers experienced moderate levels of economic welfare, while those who accessed financial institutions, such as banks, reported better financial stability. Furthermore, the fishermen's reliance on buyers for financial assistance sometimes resulted in increased debt and limited economic mobility.

The findings suggest that while fishing yields directly impact fishermen’s income, their overall economic welfare is also influenced by operational expenses and the financial system in place. Fishermen with access to larger capital sources, such as banks, tend to have better financial outcomes than those reliant on local fish buyers. The results underscore the need for policies that reduce operational costs and improve access to fair financial resources, thereby enhancing fishermen's economic independence and well-being.

This study concludes that improving the financial structure and providing more equitable access to capital will significantly impact the economic welfare of fishermen. Policies aimed at modernizing fishing tools, reducing operational costs, and offering broader financial options are critical to achieving sustainable economic welfare for fishermen in Gemeh District.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the promotion strategy, obstacles, and efforts to overcome obstacles in the Digital Tourism-Based Tourism strategy on Instagram Social Media by the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office in South Pesisir Regency. Qualitative research is used in this type of research. This research was conducted at the South Pesisir Regency Youth and Sports Tourism Office. The data collection techniques and tools were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation studies. In this study using the Miles and Huberman version of data analysis, that there are three lines of activity, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. From the description and analysis of the data, it can be concluded that overall the tourism promotion efforts made by the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office through the Instagram platform have not been optimal.

Rokat Tase' is a tradition carried out by the Madurese people which is also called basic rokat. In general, Rokat Tase' is practiced by fishermen and is associated with religious values and religious rituals with the intention of being a form of gratitude to God Almighty for the blessings of safety and good fortune received. This research aims to determine the process of implementing the Rokat Tase' ritual, the values developed in the Rokat Tase' ritual process in the development of religious values and social values. This research is a type of qualitative research conducted in Branta Village, Tlanakan District, Pamekasan Regency. Data sources were obtained from local community leaders, then supported by village documents and archives. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that Rokat Tase' takes place once a year and the performance is adjusted to the tides. The series of events for the Rokat Tase' Ceremony include chanting and praying together, making and decorating miniature boats, sailing on the sea and entertainment events. The values developed during the implementation process are social values, religious values and traditional values. Rokat Tase' plays a role in developing religious and social values by optimizing the field of education in coordination with nature and routinely implemented in community traditions.

Personalization in learning management system (LMS) is important as a learning environment to adjust the learning experience to the individual needs of students. This research and development aims to develop and implement an adaptive Learning Management System (LMS) for the Microteaching and Reflective Practice course at FKIP Untag Banyuwangi. This LMS is designed to personalize students' learning experiences according to individual needs, increasing the effectiveness and relevance of teaching. Microteaching gives prospective teachers the opportunity to practice teaching on a small scale, while reflective practice encourages them to analyze and improve teaching methods. The use of LMS allows students to study independently before face-to-face classes and reflect on their learning more deeply. This research and development focuses on creating a personalized learning environment using adaptive techniques that are valid and feasible to use as a student learning environment. This research and development uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model to develop learning resources that can be accessed according to student needs. The results of the study indicate that the adaptive LMS developed is valid and feasible to use as a learning environment for the Microteaching and Reflective Practice course. This LMS effectively facilitates personalization of learning and supports reflection and improvement of student teaching skills.

Penelitian ini membahas pola rekrutmen Partai Solidaritas Indonesia (PSI) di Kota Medan serta representasi anak muda dalam politik. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan informan yang terdiri dari anggota PSI, akademisi, dan mahasiswa yang mengamati perkembangan politik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PSI berfokus pada generasi muda sebagai basis kekuatan politiknya, dengan strategi rekrutmen yang inovatif melalui pemanfaatan media sosial dan kampanye kreatif. Anak muda dianggap sebagai agen perubahan yang memiliki potensi besar dalam memutus siklus oligarki dan meningkatkan partisipasi politik. Meskipun dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti kurangnya pengalaman dan pemahaman politik, keterlibatan anak muda di PSI diharapkan dapat membawa perubahan positif dalam dinamika politik Indonesia, khususnya menuju visi Indonesia Emas 2045. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber rujukan untuk studi lebih lanjut mengenai rekrutmen politik dan peran anak muda dalam partai politik di Indonesia.

Tradisi Ma’nene pada beberapa kelompok dalam masyarakat Tana Toraja mencerminkan nilai tertentu yang terkait dengan nilai-nilai dasar manusia (basic human values) menurut teori Schwartz dkk. (2012). Melalui pembersihan jasad leluhur, tradisi ini menekankan nilai penghormatan leluhur dan ikatan keluarga yang abadi. Untuk memahami pengaruh nilai-nilai dasar manusia terhadap perilaku individu dalam konteks budaya, maka penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana tradisi Ma’nene merefleksikan nilai-nilai dasar manusia. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan naratif untuk mendapatkan data. Selanjutnya peneliti menganalisis informasi yang diperoleh untuk menemukan nilai pada tradisi Ma’nene dengan menggunakan teori nilai dasar manusia atau basic human values menurut Schwartz dkk (2012). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dengan mengacu pada nilai dasar manusia, dalam tradisi Ma’nene ditemukan ada tujuh nilai. Ketujuh nilai tersebut merujuk kepada ketiga nilai konservasi yaitu security, conformity, dan tradition; dua nilai self-transcendence yaitu benelovence dan universalism, serta dua nilai self-enchancement yang terdiri atas achievement dan power. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan secara teoritis bahwa tradisi Ma’nene merefleksikan nilai-nilai dasar manusia yang meliputi konservasi, self-transcendence, dan self-enhancement. Pemahaman nilai-nilai ini penting untuk mengapresiasi dan mempertahankan warisan budaya serta menguatkan ikatan sosial dalam kelompok masyarakat Tana Toraja.

This research explores the application of inquiry learning model in history subject at SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo to improve critical thinking skills of grade XI students. Using qualitative methods, the research involved observation, interviews and document analysis. The results show that careful planning, educator training and integration of relevant learning resources support the success of this method. Learners became more active, able to ask in-depth questions, and develop arguments based on historical evidence. This study is able to strengthen the literature on the effectiveness of inquiry learning methods and provides practical and theoretical implications for educators. Further research using a wider sample is needed to strengthen these findings.

The result, in the management of tourist villages, participation from the local community is very necessary. The tourism governance implemented by POKDARWIS heavily involves the direct role of the community. This is supported by a tourism management system based on community based tourism where the local community is the main driver in tourism activities in Kemiren Village. “Sedekah bumi” known as earth alms is a traditional Javanese ceremony to express their gratitude to God Almighty. This tradition is linked to the relationship between humans and nature as studied within the ecocentrism paradigm. This study aims to explore the psychological construct of gratitude within the ecocentrism paradigm in “Sedekah Bumi” tradition as local wisdom. The methods used weare interviews and literature reviews. The interviewed participants were obtained using a purposive sampling method, and a narrative literature review was employed. . The results show that there are three themes from the interviews (Earth Almsgiving as a tradition, implementing the Earth Almsgiving Tradition, and the meaning of gratitude in the Earth Almsgiving Tradition). Meanwhile, the results of the literature review reveal three main meanings: social gratitude, gratitude to God, and human concern for the environment)). that the Javanese Coastal Community carried out the Earth Alms Tradition as a form of gratitude for the harvest that shows how humans not only receive the produce of the land but also care for it by working together to clean the environment. This concept is in line with the ecocentrism paradigm which describes all biotic and abiotic creatures as important because they can help human survival. Furthermore, with the escalating environmental crisis, these locally rooted traditions based on wisdom and eco-centrism can serve as alternatives in maintaining harmony between humans and nature.

The conflict in Papua often stems from dissatisfaction over natural resource distribution, human rights issues, and calls for greater autonomy or even independence. The presence of armed groups and related violence adds complexity to the situation. This research aims to analyze the implementation of government policies through the Transcend Strategy of the Indonesian National Armed Forces in resolving the Papua conflict. It is a qualitative study with a descriptive design, drawing data from literature sources such as online media, journals, and relevant books. The findings indicate that the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) play a crucial role as one of the key stakeholders in the region's conflict resolution efforts. International perspectives and government policies in responding to the Papua conflict are also considered. The Transcend method, emphasizing actors, culture, and structure, is utilized to analyze the implementation of government policies aimed at conflict resolution in Papua. The results underscore the necessity for policies such as adequate budget allocation to support special operations in Papua, the development of macro policies specific to Papua, engagement with and participation of Papua's communities, and policies regarding training and protection of human rights for TNI-Polri personnel involved in special operations in Papua. These policies aim to create stable, secure, and sustainable conditions in Papua, enhancing the well-being of local residents while safeguarding national sovereignty and security.

Duolingo is an interesting English learning application and solution if you want to learn English vocabulary independently. And this is a gamification application, which means users can learn English by playing games because this application uses audio visuals when learning. The aim of this research are to determine the perception of foreign language English (EFL) in using the Duolingo application in vocabulary learning, and to provide students experience and motivation when interacting with Duolingo. This research design uses a qualitative research design with a descriptive analysis approach. Participants in this research were 21 students in class XII A of Madrasah Aliyah Nahdatul Wathan for the 2024 ⁄ 2025 academic year. To collect research data, questionnaires and interviews were conduct 10 students. When conducting observations at schools, researchers found obstacles, namely a lack of interest and motivation when learning English and they had never previously studied English through applications. Based on this situation, researchers used the Duolingo application as a learning medium that students can use to develop a diverse English vocabulary. The research results show that using the Duolingo application in class XII A can give them opportunity to learn English in a fun way and provide a unique experience when learning vocabulary through the Duolingo application. Lontar Yusup is an ancient manuscript that lives textually because it is still copied continuously in the form of handwriting and also lives Mocoan from the Javanese language which means reading. Therefore, some artists and the government of Banyuwangi Regency made a breakthrough in attracting the interest of the community and the younger generation to the cultural tradition of Mocoan Lontar Yusup by organising training for the younger generation. The purpose of this research is to be an important contribution to the development of effective cultural strategies, provide an understanding of the character values that exist in mocoan lontar, and ensure the continuity of a cultural heritage that is very valuable to the people of Banyuwangi. The form of this research is descriptive qualitative. The theory used is the theory of cultural inheritance by Edgar H. Schein. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study show that the application of Schein's theory in cultural preservation carried out by the Kemiren community is how they are more selective about the times so that many outside developments can reduce the sense of concern for tradition, one of which is this mocoan lontar tradition. With the existence of the community and the creation of a schedule for reading the Yusup lontar manuscript, the theory conveyed by Schein is very appropriate in shaping the character of the osing community. The implementation of Permen ATR/BPN No. 14 of 2024 represents a strategic move in the recognition of hak ulayat (communal land rights) for Indonesia’s indigenous communities. This regulation responds to the long-standing issues of complex and non-transparent registration processes that have marginalized indigenous people from formal land registration. Despite previous reforms, data from the Indonesian Land Agency (BPN) in 2022 indicates that only 30% of ulayat land has been officially registered. The aim of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the policy, particularly in addressing challenges such as legal uncertainty, conflicts over land claims, and administrative bottlenecks.

The study employs a normative juridical method with a comprehensive legal analysis of relevant regulations, including Permen ATR/BPN No. 3 of 2023 and Permen ATR/BPN No. 21 of 2020, alongside secondary data sources such as legal literature and empirical case studies on land conflicts involving indigenous communities. Prosecutors face difficulties when enforcing the criminal penalty of replacing money for corruption, mainly because there are no clear guidelines on the minimum amount needed and it is challenging to trace the assets of those convicted. These hurdles impede the successful recovery of state losses. This research uses a normative-empirical approach, with primary and secondary data sources. The enforcement of substitute money payments for corruption is guided by Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 on the Eradication of Corruption, and payments are processed through the issuance of: Payment Bills; Declarations of Ability to Pay; Payment Receipts; Submission Letters; and delivery of the substitute money to the affected institution. If the convict fails to disclose or surrender their assets, asset tracking and searches are conducted, leading to freezing, confiscation, or auctioning of the assets. Obstacles in the implementation arise from legal factors, such as the lack of regulations on the Prosecutor’s discretion to extend payment deadlines; the conversion of subsidiary imprisonment if full payment is not made; and the determination of the amount of substitute money for claims purposes. Facility-related challenges include a lack of technology for tracking convicted persons’ assets and the depreciation of the value of confiscated goods. Cultural challenges include low legal awareness among convicts and their families, who often fail to report their assets honestly. Public challenges arise from the lack of awareness that recovering corrupt proceeds is a joint responsibility of law enforcement and the community. Public involvement in monitoring corrupt convicts' assets is essential to prevent the concealment or transfer of these assets. Future criminal law policies need to involve government changes to current laws or creation of new regulations on prosecutorial discretion in extending payment deadlines, converting subsidiary imprisonment for incomplete payments, increasing prison terms in prosecutions, and identifying and confiscating suspects' assets early in the investigation phase.

Geographical Indication itself has its definition as a mark that show the origin of the local product as being influenced and inseparable by geographical factor, giving certain reputation and quality to its local product like White Pepper muntok or Sumbawa Honey in which included in this category as one. However, there’s a misuse of corporation/people that use the benefit of Geographical Indication’s mark without the requirement of it, resulting of the local people in loss and worsen their economical condition. Data shows that there’s 138 product registered as Geographical Indication by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI),yet some of them are not qualifed as one within the statute, in which resulting to unhealty rivalry between different local products as well. Significant measure are needed to ensure justice is upheld to protect local product so the people can be able to enjoy the benefit of natural resource in their area.

This study examines the impact of Christian Religious Education (PAK) on human resource development and economic empowerment among congregations via the wooden house sector in GMIM Sion Woloan. Prior research has underscored PAK's substantial impact on moral and character development in familial contexts; nevertheless, its relevance to particular economic behaviors is still inadequately examined. This study examines how PAK influences the development of positive attitudes towards work and social responsibility within family life and its effect on enhancing economic welfare. The research utilizes a descriptive qualitative methodology, employing a phenomenological method to document the subjective experiences of 30 participants, comprising parents, children, and church leaders engaged in PAK activities and the wooden house industry. Data were gathered via semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions, concentrating on the integration of PAK ideals into quotidian economic practices. Thematic analysis was utilized to discern emergent themes concerning the interplay between religious education, human resource development, and economic activities. The findings indicate that PAK cultivates a robust work ethic and interpersonal connections within families, enhancing both personal character development and economic advancement. The results underscore the necessity for intensified collaboration between religious organizations and local industry to optimize the potential of PAK in improving community welfare.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of indigenous leadership and tourism-aware work culture on the development of tourist villages in Batu Anjau, Lalan Village, Sijunjung Regency. The research method is quantitative. The number of research respondents was 118 people with a sample of 91 respondents. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire compiled based on a Likert scale. The data analysis technique for this study was descriptive analysis, regression testing, hypothesis testing and data confirmation. Indigenous leaderships and tourism-aware work culture have a positive and significant effect on the development of tourist villages in Batu Anjau, Lalan Village, Sijunjung Regency. Thus, the hypothesis proposed by the researcher was empirically tested because the variables indigenous leaderships and tourism-aware work culture have an effect on the development of tourist villages.

This study aims to analyze the educational values contained in the Porongan puppet show, as well as explore the contribution of puppeteer Ki Suwoto Ghozali in developing the art of puppet puppetry in Porongan. The research method used is the ethnographic historical method. The primary source is taken from the biographical records of the puppeteer Ki Suwoto Ghozali in the form of audio and video recordings of puppet performances and strengthened through interviews with students and followers of Ki Suwoto Ghozali. Secondary sources are in the form of analysis of various journal articles and literature books relevant to the topic. The results of the study show that Porongan puppets in addition to functioning as an entertainment art, also contain positive and significant educational values. These values are reflected in the floats, janturan, and prabatilarsa sendhon sessions created by puppeteers. Porongan puppet is able to reflect adaptation to the social and political situation during the old and new order periods. Unique characteristics such as the use of the East Javanese language and the distinctive coloring of Porongan puppets add to the cultural richness contained in the performing arts. This research emphasizes the importance of preserving Porongan puppet puppets as a cultural heritage rich in educational and philosophical values that reflect the identity and local wisdom of the Sidoarjo community, as well as offering a valuable contribution to the art of puppet performances as part of the noble culture of the Indonesian nation.

Using a missiological lens, this study investigates the GMIM Yerusalem Kinolow church's involvement in human resource development and the congregation's economic empowerment. The purpose of the study is to investigate how the church combines spiritual and material elements to improve the wellbeing of its members. The study centers on the church's handicraft training program, established to equip the congregation with entrepreneurial skills while reinforcing Christian virtues and values. It includes qualitative approaches, such as observations and interviews. Church members who took part in the program provided data, which was then evaluated to find important themes about social effect, spiritual development, and economic growth.

The findings demonstrate how well the church's program enhanced the members' technical proficiency and capacity for entrepreneurship. The training's incorporation of Christian concepts led to participants reporting a greater feeling of accountability, integrity, and discipline. Additionally, the program helped participants develop a feeling of solidarity and community, which aided in their spiritual and financial development. Additionally, the church was instrumental in helping members access new economic prospects, even though there are still obstacles to overcome in terms of increasing market access and integrating technology, especially for senior members.

This study examines the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Discovery learning model in teaching the history of the entry of Hindu-Buddhist religions into Indonesia for class X at SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Porong. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach.The data were collected through structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The research was conducted at SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Porong, involving grade X-12 students and history teachers. Data sources included lesson plans (RPP) and classroom documentation. The research followed several stages: pre-fieldwork, fieldwork, data collection, and report writing, with data analysis conducted through Miles & Huberman's four-step method. This study aims to explain the planning and implementation of Discovery learning, describe its implementation, an@gmail@gmail.comd evaluate it in history learning. The findings show that the planning of Discovery learning begins with a situation analysis, followed by the setting of learning objectives and the preparation of lesson plans. The implementation is divided into three phases: introduction, core activities, and closing. Core activities involve stimulating interest, identifying problems, collecting and processing data, verifying findings, and drawing conclusions collaboratively. Despite the objective of learning history to develop critical and logical thinking, students' interest in history remains low due to the perception that the subject is boring the material is too long.Interviews revealed that students find history lessons boring and prefer interactive methods such as games or quizzes. This research suggests that although Discovery learning has potential, its effectiveness depends on student engagement and a variety of teaching methods to sustain interest and achieve educational objectives.

People in South Kalimantan who live in coastal areas generally make their living as fishermen. In fisheries activities, especially fishing, conflict is a social phenomenon that is often found in various water areas. One of the conflicts that occurred was in the Jorong fishing ground area where andon fishermen who came to this area used different equipment than local fishermen. Illegal fishing practices by andon fishermen have become a source of conflict with local fishermen. The aim of this research is to describe the dynamics, influence and efforts to resolve conflicts between local fishermen and andon fishermen in the fishing ground area of Jorong waters. This research uses a qualitative research method, where this method is a type of research that focuses on description and tends to apply analysis with an inductive approach. The research results show that this conflict has been a concern since 2012. The polemic arose because Central Java fishermen used cantrang tools in the coastal waters of South Kalimantan. This conflict between Andon and local fishermen has an impact on local communities both socially and economically. Efforts to resolve the conflict between local fishermen and andon fishermen in Swarangan Village, Jorong District, have been carried out by involving various related agencies which play an important role in mediating and enforcing regulations

This research discusses the role of capacity-building training and local culture's influence in changing village government officials' behaviour. The main focus of this research is the importance of integrating technical and local cultural aspects in training to make it more effective and relevant. Training that only focuses on technical skills without paying attention to the local sociocultural context can cause resistance and be less accepted by officials and the community. On the other hand, training integrated with local cultural values , such as cooperation and openness, increases the professionalism of the apparatus, improves the quality of public services, and strengthens public trust in the village government. This research uses a qualitative approach to understand the role of capacity-building training and the influence of local culture in changing apparatus behaviour. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participant observation, and analysis of documents related to the training program. The primary informants for this research were the village head, village secretary, and village staff, who were selected purposefully to ensure the relevance of the data. Data analysis used NVivo 12 software with open and axial coding techniques to identify central themes and relationships between concepts. The research results show that the success of training is greatly influenced by its relevance to local culture and the ability of the apparatus to respond to community needs. This research recommendation includes the need for contextual, participatory and sustainable training design to achieve positive.

This research is motivated by the problems that researchers find in the field low interest and knowledge of students in learning to write descriptive texts. This is due to the lack of application of a unique and interesting learning model, so that it can make it easier for students to learn activities. This study aims to prove the influence of the Prediction Guide learning model on learning to write descriptive texts at SMPN 228 Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pseudo-experimental method of non-equivalent group design research design. The population in this study is SMPN 228 Jakarta with a total of classes VII A to VII H with research samples of classes VII A as the control class and VII B as an experimental class with a total of 36 students in each class. The data collection technique uses test instruments with the help of data processing using SPSS software version 27. The results of the study were obtained that the average score of the experimental class was 66 pretest while 81 posttest. This proves that there is an increase in the results of scores in the experimental class where the Prediction Guide learning model is applied. The normality test as a prerequisite for the parametric test was then obtained abnormal data at 0.049 pretest of the control class and 0.042 posttest of the experimental class, while normal data at 0.050 posttest of the control class and 0.102 pretest of the experimental class. Then, the homogeneity test obtained a value of 0.977 for the control class and 0.819 for the experimental class, the data was declared homogeneous. The Mann-Whitney test obtained a significance value 0.003 < 0.05 until H_1 is accepted H_0 rejected. The N-Gain test obtained a value of 0.5232 with the medium category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of the Prediction Guide learning model has an effect on learning to write descriptive texts.

Law Number 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management emphasizes the importance of environmental conservation to prevent pollution and degradation. Within the context of regional autonomy, local governments have the authority to manage natural resources and involve the community in environmental protection. Lake Maninjau, one of the natural assets in Agam Regency, West Sumatra, faces serious pollution issues due to the tubo belerang phenomenon and the uncontrolled growth of floating net cages (KJA). This phenomenon has led to mass fish deaths and adversely affected the ecosystem and the livelihoods of those who depend on the lake. The Agam Regency Government has formed an Integrated Team for the Rescue of Lake Maninjau through Agam Regent Decree Number 263 of 2021. However, the team’s tasks have encountered various challenges, such as a lack of coordination and limited resources. This study aims to analyze the collaboration of the Integrated Team in addressing the tubo belerang phenomenon in Lake Maninjau and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide recommendations for improving the sustainable management and conservation of Lake Maninjau.

The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the group of ex-TKI people who first planted oil palm in Harapan Jaya village showed positive results and were followed by the community and carried out in a planned and collective manner. Oil palm plantations are able to improve people's lives with high incomes. The community is able to meet basic needs and access self-development. Oil palm plantations can be an alternative job for people in Kampung Harapan Jaya apart from the coal mining sector or other types of work that require higher educational qualifications and work experience. The government is making efforts to increase capacity by collaborating with the private sector in providing training and assistance with the aim of palm oil exports.

Rumah Putiah Bath is a bathing pool sourced directly from mountain springs. The attraction of this Rumah Putiah bathing place is the clear and fresh water and the natural environment that is still beautiful and cool. The existing facilities are quite complete but poorly maintained such as dirty bathrooms, lots of scattered garbage and lack of human resources in managing them. The purpose of this research is to find out how the development carried out by the manager and what obstacles are faced in managing Rumah Putiah Bath. This research was conducted using a

qualitative method by describing the data descriptively. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documents using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the research obtained are that the development carried out at Rumah Putiah Bath is still not optimal because currently there is only one attraction, namely the bathing pool, access to the bathing location is still in the form of a damaged road and a parking lot that is still in the form of land. Factors inhibiting the development of Rumah Putiah Bathing Place tourism are the low human resources in managing this bathhouse, lack of community participation. In addition, land acquisition for additional pools and parking lots is not yet clear from the local government. The manager must pay more attention to the facilities in the bathhouse so that visitors are satisfied with the tour.

Crime that has been occurring frequently lately in society is the criminal act of theft, which is highly disturbing. Violent theft is commonly known as robbery. It differs from regular theft in that it involves intentionally causing physical harm. Behavior that deliberately harms others can be termed as aggressive behavior. Aggressive behavior involves intentionally causing physical or psychological harm to someone, with potentially detrimental effects. This research aims to understand the description of aggressive behavior among robbery perpetrators in Surabaya. The researcher utilized Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) and validated the data through triangulation, data validation, member check, and rechecking of themes. The methods employed included observation, interviews, and documentation, with thematic analysis used as the data analysis technique. During the interviews, the researcher identified three major themes: understanding specific terms, experiences behind bars, and comprehending from a comparative perspective. Additionally, a unique theme emerged related to the concept of power. The findings of this research reveal a depiction of aggressive behavior among robbery perpetrators.

Western political thought is often based on principles such as democracy, human rights and secular systems. The concept of peace in Western political thought is often related to diplomacy, conflict resolution through negotiation, as well as the recognition of human rights as a universal foundation for peace. This research examines the concept of peace in conflict from the perspective of Western and Islamic political thought. Aristotle focused on the concept of justice and good forms of government, including monarchy, aristocracy and democracy. Al-Farabi: Developed the concept of an ideal state oriented towards morality and ethics. He believed that politics should lead to the happiness of society. Western political thought emphasizes diplomacy, democracy, human rights, free trade and tolerance as the foundations of peace. Meanwhile, Islamic political thought prioritizes upholding justice, sharia law, and security as the foundation of peace, and introduces the concept of jihad as an effort to defend justice. This study uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach, analyzing literature sources related to Western and Islamic political thought. The results of the analysis show that despite their principled differences, the two traditions share values such as tolerance and interfaith dialogue that can contribute to global conflict resolution. By understanding the potential common ground, this research offers a more inclusive and holistic approach in addressing the complex conflicts of the modern world.

Legal Protection for Creditors in Increasing Satisfaction in Credit Agreements with Liens as Collateral

The economic and business development in Indonesia heavily relies on the role of financial institutions, particularly banks, in providing capital through credit facilities. However, the distribution of credit also faces the risk of default, necessitating an effective legal protection system for creditors. This research aims to analyze the legal protection for creditors in credit agreements that utilize mortgage rights as collateral under Indonesian positive law, identify the issues that hinder its implementation, and formulate solutions to strengthen legal protection in order to enhance creditor confidence. This study employs a normative legal research method with conceptual and statutory approaches, focusing on an in-depth analysis of creditor protection in credit agreements with mortgage rights through the examination of legal principles, legal systematics, and relevant regulations. Data is collected through literature study, while data analysis is conducted using qualitative methods with a deductive approach, which includes stages of identification, interpretation, consistency analysis, and synthesis to identify legal gaps and formulate recommendations for improving legal protection for creditors. The research findings reveal that legal protection for creditors in credit agreements with mortgage rights in Indonesia faces several obstacles, including inefficient execution processes, limited collateral objects, uncertainty in collateral valuation, low capacity of registration institutions, and a lack of legal awareness among the public. To address these challenges, proposed solutions include optimizing the execution process, expanding the types of collateral objects, establishing clear valuation guidelines, enhancing the capacity of the National Land Agency, providing legal education to the public, improving existing regulations, increasing inter-agency coordination, and strengthening oversight and law enforcement. With these measures in place, it is expected that creditor confidence will improve, the investment climate will enhance, and economic growth will be promoted while maintaining a balance of interests among all parties.

Marine tourism is an important contributor to the global economy that relies heavily on the preservation of coastal resources (Gössling, Hall, and Scott 2018). Kombi Beach, which is located in Kombi District, is not only known by local tourists, but also begins to attract the attention of foreign tourists. However, the development of marine tourism on Kombi Beach still faces various challenges, including limited infrastructure, suboptimal promotion, and public awareness of the importance of sustainable tourism. However, despite having various advantages, Kombi Beach still faces a number of challenges that need to be overcome in order to compete with other tourist destinations around it. The data analysis in this study uses SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis for the marine tourism development strategy on Kombi Beach, which resulted in several important points. First, the strength of Kombi Beach lies in its unique natural beauty, climate that supports tourism throughout the year, as well as support from the government and local communities. Second, the weaknesses faced include limited supporting infrastructure, less than optimal promotion, and the quality of human resources in the tourism sector that need to be improved. Furthermore, the opportunities that exist include increasing marine tourism trends, potential investment from the private sector, and advances in digital technology that can increase promotion. However, the challenges that must be watched out for are competition with other tourist destinations, potential environmental damage, and economic instability that can affect tourist visits. Based on the analysis, the recommended development strategy is an aggressiveness (SO) strategy. Steps that can be taken include the development of integrated tour packages that combine natural and cultural activities, utilizing digital promotion with government support, involving local communities in tourism efforts, and collaborating with the government to improve transportation access

POST-ELECTION DISORDER SYNDROME: AN ANALYSIS OF COMMUNITY STRESS LEVELS AND MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS FOLLOWING THE 2024 INDONESIAN ELECTION IN NORTH SULAWESI

This study aims to analyze the stress and mental disorders experienced by the people of North Sulawesi after the 2024 General Election, using a mixed-methods approach that includes quantitative and qualitative data. Through surveys and in-depth interviews, this study explores the phenomenon of Post-Election Disorder Syndrome (PEDS), as well as socio-political factors that contribute to increased stress. The study population consisted of 400 respondents, who were interviewed using stratified random sampling, while purposive sampling was used to interview community leaders and health workers. Stress measurements were carried out using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) questionnaire and in-depth interviews to obtain subjective perspectives of the community. Data analysis used descriptive, inferential, and thematic analysis statistical methods. The results showed that the majority of respondents experienced high levels of stress, with symptoms such as anxiety, sleep disturbances, Difficulty concentrating, and excessive emotional reactions. Social media was also found to have a significant role in exacerbating community stress. This study suggests the need to improve mental health services and public education on managing stress, especially in areas exposed to major political events such as elections. These findings are expected to provide further insight into the psychological impact of post-election in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan proses perpindahan jemaat dari denominasi lain ke Jemaat GMIM Kinamang Kamanga Dua dan menjelaskan motivasi dan alasan jemaat berpindah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian Naturalistik. Sumber informasi adalah keluarga dan jemaat/individu dari denominasi lain yang berpindah ke Jemaat GMIM Kinamang Kamanga Dua. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proses perpindahan denominasi dilakukan dalam dua cara, yakni: pertama mengenal lebih dekat Jemaat tujuan terlebih dahulu, kemudian berpindah dan keduasetelah mengenal secara mendalam jemaat GMIM Kinamang Kamanga Dua maka mereka menyatakan berpindah ke jemaat tujuan. Motivasi anggota jemaat untuk beralih dari denominasi lain ke GMIM adalah (i) agar anakmerekamendapatkan pendidikan agama yang baik dalam rangka pembentukan spiritual anak-anak dan (ii) agar mereka dapat membangun keluarga yang taat dan takut kepada Tuhan serta (iii) mereka dapat membangun keluarga bahagia dan damai sejahtera. Writing Anxiety: An Investigation Toward EFL Secondary Students’ in Indonesia

This research investigated the issues and causes of writing anxiety among EFL secondary school students in Indonesia. There are 15 EFL secondary students in Indonesia participated in this research. The research instruments applied were a questionnaire and an interview. The data was analyzed by using four procedures: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The researcher finds that the majority of anxiety of secondary students’ is cognitive anxiety. Data showed in data reduction that thirteen of the interviewees have cognitive anxiety in writing class and two more have somatic anxiety and cognitive anxiety. The factors that cause cognitive anxiety are the students' confusion, difficulty, and less interest in writing class. Students who have cognitive anxiety claim that they have difficulties in grammar and vocabulary. Then, students who also indicated somatic anxiety is caused by less confidence in their paper, have a negative perception that if they make a mistake in their paper, such as being wrong in word, phrase or paragraph arrangement. So, it can be concluded that most of the students had anxiety in writing then they need more practice to build their confidence in the writing class.

Counseling Guidance Service Model in Preventing Radicalism Among Students of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication at UIN North Sumatra

This study aims to examine an effective guidance and counseling service model in preventing the spread of radicalism among students of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication of UIN North Sumatra. This research focuses on identifying the potential emergence of radicalism characterized by dissatisfaction with government policies, which is often expressed through demonstrations. The method used is a qualitative approach with interviews and observations of students and lecturers at the faculty. The results showed that structured guidance and counseling interventions, including orientation services, individual counseling, group counseling, and multicultural counseling, were able to increase students' awareness of the negative impact of radicalization. In addition, the role of faculty leaders in supervising and enforcing sanctions against potentially extreme activities is also very important. This article concludes that the implementation of a comprehensive guidance and counseling service model is not only effective in preventing radicalization, but also contributes to the formation of a more tolerant and inclusive student character. Recommendations are given for further development in the implementation of guidance programs that can reach all students.

This research aims to discuss the History and Preservation of the Cultural Heritage of SMP Suster Pontianak as a Source for Learning History. This study employs a qualitative research method with a historical approach, which includes topic selection, data source collection, source criticism, interpretation, and writing. The results of this research trace the historical development of educational institutions established by the Sisters of the SFIC Congregation (Sororum Fransciscallum ab Immaculata, Conception A Beata Matre Dei) in West Kalimantan, particularly the Pontianak Sister Junior High School. Starting with the arrival of five SFIC sisters in 1906, this institution has grown with a focus on service in the fields of health and education. The preservation of buildings while maintaining their historical value and original architecture can serve as a source for learning history. In addition, through interviews with the school principal, it was revealed that students are taught to preserve that cultural heritage.

Penelitian ini mengkaji Perang Kuning yang terjadi di Lasem pada abad XVII, suatu konflik yang signifikan dalam konteks sejarah lokal dan nasional Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah, studi ini mengumpulkan sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder, termasuk catatan kolonial, dokumen sejarah, dan tradisi lisan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penyebab, jalannya, dan dampak dari perang tersebut terhadap masyarakat Lasem dan struktur kekuasaan pada masa itu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perang Kuning dipicu oleh ketegangan antara penguasa lokal dan kekuatan kolonial Belanda, serta faktor internal seperti persaingan antar kelompok masyarakat. Konflik ini tidak hanya mempengaruhi aspek politik, tetapi juga membawa perubahan sosial dan ekonomi yang signifikan bagi masyarakat Lasem. Dengan memahami dinamika perang ini, kita dapat melihat bagaimana peristiwa tersebut membentuk identitas dan resistensi masyarakat lokal terhadap dominasi kolonial.

This study aims to determine the Structure of Wooden Pillar Foundations on Stilt Houses on the Coast of Banyuwangi Beach The method used in the discussion is in the form of descriptive analysis, namely analyzing the data of the study object based on theories related to the topic and object of observation, with the aim of finding the system and form of construction applied to the foundation of the house in this village in accordance with three zones, namely waters, transition, and land. The final results conclude about the shape of the structure system and the construction of residential foundations in each zone of the region. The foundations of the houses in each zone show that on the land the house uses a foundation of a pillar, in transition with a pair of stones, and in the waters using a pair of stones and some directly with the pillars.

The security operations for the 2024 election in Deli Serdang face significant communication challenges that risk causing message distortion, potentially undermining coordination between security personnel and the public. To address this issue, this study applies the Shannon and Weaver communication model as a framework to identify factors contributing to noise in information exchange on the ground. The research focuses on how the model’s elements—such as sender, communication channels, and receiver—can interact more effectively to minimize misunderstandings. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with security personnel and document analysis. Findings reveal that employing the Shannon and Weaver model aids in identifying vulnerable points that cause noise, such as message inconsistencies and limited communication media. By improving feedback mechanisms and minimizing sources of interference, coordination in election security can be substantially enhanced. This study concludes that understanding the principles of communication models is essential to ensuring message clarity and bolstering security responsiveness during election operations.

The problem of drug abuse in Binjai City, which serves as a transit city, is a serious concern for the National Narcotics Agency (BNN). The main challenge in BNN's anti-drug education program in Binjai is integrating strict Islamic values with the human relations approach, which emphasizes empathy and interpersonal support. This research aims to identify the effectiveness and challenges in implementing an Islamic-based human relations approach to raise anti-drug awareness in the Binjai community. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytic approach, utilizing in-depth interviews with BNN employees, religious leaders, and program participants. The novelty of this research lies in the focus of the paradox between Islamic values and humanist approaches in drug rehabilitation programs that have not been widely explored. The results show that the integration of religious values and humanist approach creates an environment that supports recovery, increases participants' awareness, and reduces the stigma of drug users. However, challenges arise in aligning an empathic approach with the expectations of a society that wants a more assertive approach. This study provides a relevant and adaptive educational model for cities with similar characteristics.

Findings indicate that while there are significant commonalities in advocating for human dignity and moral responsibilities, each religion emphasizes distinct principles that reflect its unique doctrines. The conclusion underscores the potential of interfaith dialogue to bridge differences and promote a more inclusive understanding of human rights in a pluralistic society. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan SDM melalui pelatihan berbasis teknologi digital dan strategi pengelolaan yang lebih baik sangat penting untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan menarik lebih banyak wisatawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk menggambarkan fenomena pengembangan SDM di Pantai Pasir Jambak. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pengembangan SDM menghadapi tantangan seperti rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat, minimnya pelatihan, dan isu lingkungan. Meskipun ada dukungan pemerintah dan potensi SDM muda yang adaptif terhadap teknologi, hambatan seperti infrastruktur digital yang kurang dan rendahnya literasi digital menghalangi penerapan pengetahuan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan komprehensif untuk mengatasi hambatan ini demi pengembangan SDM optimal di sektor pariwisata.

This research aims to find out and understand the P5 (Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project) activities in the Independent Curriculum implemented at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Rambipuji, especially in learning history with the theme of local wisdom that focuses on the history of tobacco at the Jember Museum. The implementation of P5 is one of the components of the character development project of Indonesian students which aims to transfer Pancasila values, so that the goal of implementing P5 in the Independent Curriculum can be achieved, namely positioning students as Pancasila learners. This study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews involving history teachers and students, visits to museums and documentation. The results of the study show that visits to tobacco museums have a significant positive impact on history learning. A visit to the museum not only enriches the students' learning experience but also enhances their knowledge of the history and culture of the region, ultimately helping them grow as Pancasila students and build their identity.

Integration of Local Culture and Ijen Geopark in Early Childhood Education Student Learning in Banyuwangi

Early childhood education in Banyuwangi faces challenges in the integration of local culture and the potential of the Ijen Geopark. Around 40% of PAUD institutions implement a curriculum based on local culture. The limited understanding of educators and the lack of exploration activities hinder the use of Geoparks as a learning medium. The lack of community support and facilities in PAUD exacerbates this situation. The purpose of this research is to integrate local culture and the natural potential of the Ijen Geopark in early childhood education in Banyuwangi. This study assesses the challenges and opportunities for the implementation of cultural and environment-based learning. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach based on literature review. This study collected data from journals and relevant documents. The main focus of the research is the challenge in the application of culture-based learning in early childhood education. The results of the study show the importance of integrating contextual learning that links culture and environment in early childhood education in Banyuwangi. The Ijen Geopark offers great potential to enrich children's learning experience through direct interaction with nature and local culture. By utilizing a context-based learning approach, children can understand the environmental and cultural values that exist around them. An effective learning process requires a connection between new knowledge and the social context that the child recognizes, so that the learning experience gained becomes more profound and meaningful. The conclusion of the study shows that Early Childhood education in Banyuwangi faces challenges in the low implementation of the local culture-based curriculum, understanding of the Ijen Geopark, and limited facilities. Training, infrastructure upgrades, and collaboration are required for solutions.

THE EFFECT OF CANVA'S ASSISTED PJBL LEARNING MODEL WITH A GUIDED INQUIRY APPROACH ON THE CREATIVE THINKING SKILLS OF HISTORY STUDENTS

The purpose of this study is to find out whether students' creative thinking skills in history class improve after using the Canva-assisted PJBL Learning model with a guided inquiry approach. The location of the research was at SMA Negeri 1 Porong. This study uses quantitative research. In this study, XI-2 and XI-3 are two classes that function as control and experimental groups, respectively, in accordance with the research design, namely quasi-experimental, non-equivalent control group design. Pretest and posttest are data collection instruments using multiple-choice questions. To evaluate the hypothesis, the data were analyzed using an Independent Sample T-test. The experimental group averaged 87.14 on the posttest, while the control group averaged 80.22. The results showed that Hi was accepted and Ho was rejected based on the results of the hypothesis test, namely ttitung = 5.848 > ttable = 1.993. With the results of this study, students can improve their thinking skills while participating in interactive and imaginative learning experiences. The results of this study provide evidence that the PJBL model can improve creative thinking skills in history subjects.

One of the main goals of learning English is to improve English conversation skills. However, English conversation skills are still considered as one of the difficult skills for students. Many students face several difficulties when they want to communicate in English, even though they have studied English for years. Some of the difficulties that are often faced and complained by students include: first, they are unable to communicate in English, because they do not master English vocabulary. This paper discusses the existing problem is that students still lack interest in learning in the learning process when educators use the lecture method. Lack of student interest greatly influences students' learning motivation so that this has an impact on student learning outcomes. On this basis, this research focuses on the effectiveness of implementing Ice Breaking Picture Guessing with the help of poster media on learning motivation in history subjects. The aim of this research is to describe the effectiveness of the application of the Ice Breaking Image Guessing Technique assisted by Poster Media on Learning Motivation in History Subjects. The type of research used in this research is quantitative percentage. The sampling technique in this research was the Purposive Sampling technique, namely sampling based on certain considerations, so that a sample of class X ATR students was obtained with a total of 23 students and an average UTS score of 34.70% in history subjects. Data collection techniques through observation,questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data obtained was then analyzed descriptively as a percentage. The results of the research conducted showed that the effectiveness of the Ice Breaking technique of guessing pictures assisted by poster media on learning motivation in history subjects in Class X ATR SMK N 1 Kerinci was categorized as very effective with a score reaching 88,51%. It can be concluded that the application of the Ice Breaking image guessing technique assisted by poster media can be said to be very effective, according to the criteria table because it reaches a frequency of 81% -100%.

This study aims to examine the influence of character education on the ethics of 5th-grade students at SDN 002 Pasar Usang Baserah, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 30 students selected through census sampling. Data were collected using a validated and reliable questionnaire. The results indicate that character education significantly influences student ethics. The majority of students are in the moderate category of character education, positively impacting their ethics. Thus, character education is proven to be crucial in shaping students' ethics, and strengthening this program in schools can enhance students' ethical behavior.

Papua faces a serious threat of terrorism, particularly from armed groups such as KKB, which are involved in various acts of violence. The background of this study aims to analyze military intelligence strategies in responding to security threats and their impact on community welfare. The research method employed is qualitative with a descriptive approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that military intelligence strategies focus on mapping and early detection of potential threats, as well as leveraging technology for information gathering. The discussion highlights the importance of collaboration between the military, local government, and relevant agencies in effectively responding to threats, as well as the role of TNI AD programs in enhancing community welfare. The conclusion of this study recommends the establishment of DESK PAPUA within the National Intelligence Agency (BIN) to address local issues, and emphasizes the need for a Smart Power approach to mitigate separatist impacts. Additional suggestions include the formation of a special agency to handle conflicts in Papua and the expansion of the Manunggal Air Program to remote areas to support sustainable development.

The rapid development of technology has brought changes in various sectors of people's lives. One of them is in the education sector. Canva is an online design application, which provides a variety of graphic designs consisting of; presentations, posters, pamphlets, graphics, banners, photo editing and Facebook covers. The purpose of this study is to describe History learning at MAN 1 Banjarmasin, the use of the Canva application as a learning media for History class XI MAN 1 Banjarmasin This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources are taken purposively and snowball. In testing the validity of the data in this study using triangulation techniques. The stages in analyzing data are by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that history learning activities using the Canva application by history teachers begin with planning to create lesson plans in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, in the implementation of learning using this Canva application can increase students' creativity in designing to support history learning. The conclusion of the study shows that the application of the Canva application in history learning media by teachers has produced. The use of the Canva application runs effectively and smoothly according to the teacher's instructions. The results show the benefits obtained from the use of the Canva application, the application as a practical learning media increases student creativity, in creating graphic designs. The position of women in the structure of ancient Chinese society is very interesting
to discuss, this is because traditions in China prioritized the position of men in all
aspects of life in Chinese society at that time. This research uses Mulan movie as a
research object to explain the position of women in ancient Chinese society. This
research is a qualitative descriptive study that uses Mulan movie as reference
material and is supported by other references related to the topic of this research.
From the research results, it was found that the position of women in the life of
ancient Chinese society was quite low, this was because there were many things
that cornered women at that time, and also the discrimination they experienced
where men were given priority over women. It is hoped that this research can provide
additional references for those who wish to study Chinese culture and history,
especially the position of women in ancient Chinese society.
