Constantly watching porn can change a person's mindset and behavior, affect mental health, and interfere with daily life. The objectives of this study are: (1) to find out the factors that cause addiction to watching pornographic films on teenagers in Grogolan Village (2) to overcome addiction to watching pornographic films on teenagers in Grogolan Village through the application of behavioristic counseling operant conditioning techniques. By providing understanding, researchers try to apply behavioristic counseling services with operant conditioning techniques . This research uses qualitative research with a case study type of research. This research was conducted in Grogolan Pati Village with the research subjects being three adolescents (FF, DRP, and AF). The steps to be taken in this case study research are case data collection, case identification, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment and follow up. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, documentation and home visit techniques. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that after being given behavioristic counseling with operant conditioning techniques, the counselee is able to change his behavior which makes him addicted to watching pornographic shows, namely the counselee does not search for and watch pono shows, does not buy and store pornographic shows, and the counselee no longer spreads the pono shows he has to his friends. This research used quasi-experiment with non-equivalent control group deisgn, the two groups, both pre-test and post-test.The sample of this research used saturated sampling technique. The sample amounted to 29 students out of 29 total. The data collection techniques used were observation career maturity questionnaires, and interviews. Someone who has the ability to plan a career is certainly able to understand themselves. Thus, the individual can decide the most appropriate choice according to their circumstances. The objectives to be achieved in this study are as follows: (1) Describe the application of peer guidance technique group guidance in improving career planning for students at Assa'idiyyah Vocational School; (2) Describe the improvement in career planning for students at Assa'idiyyah Vocational School after being given peer guidance technique group guidance. This research was conducted at SMK Assa’idiyyah Kudus. The research subjects were eight students, who came from grades XI and XII from various expertise programs. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is Guidance and Counseling Action Research. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive. The results of the study showed that the career planning obtained by the research subjects before the provision of action was 31% with the category (Very Poor), after the provision of action through peer guidance technique group guidance in cycle I experienced an increase, with a score of 35% in the category (Poor) at the first meeting, then increased to 37% in the category (Poor) at the second meeting, and the third meeting increased with a score of 50% in the category (Enough). One of the problems that exists in the 2020 class of counseling guidance students at PGRI Banyuwangi University is low self-efficacy. The solution provided by the researcher is a group guidance service with the Cinematherapy method. In this service, research subjects are invited to discuss with group members and counselors to provide stimulus through motivational videos. The approach in this study uses a quantitative experiment designed as one group pretest-postest. </em></p> <p><em>This study had a population of 42 respondents and the research subjects were taken by 10 students who were in the low self-efficacy category. The percentage for pretest is 63.7% and the percentage for posttest is 98.5%. So that the formulation of the problem: What factors can cause emotional regulation in students to be low towards the use of technology and How to role of Cognitive Restructuring techniques in improving the ability to manage student emotional regulation in dealing with technostress? The method used in this study uses qualitative research methods with the type of Retrospective Case Study. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been obtained is collected to find the validity of the data using data triangulation, data presentation and drawing conclusions from the research that has been carried out.</p> <p>The results showed that there are symptoms of technostress triggering factors, liked Techno Invasion and Techno Overload to other factors that can affect the ability to regulate emotions in a person, including stressors, age factors, cognitive zelazo, social and cultural aspects, so factor gives encouragement to technology users be dependent on the use of technology itself. The role that can be done to improve the ability to manage emotional regulation in the face of technostress itself can be given treatment as a intervention to reduce addiction to technology. The objective of this study is to: 1) Discredit the implementation of group counselling. Cognitive behavior therapy techniques to reduce body shaming. 2) Discover how to reduce the body shaking through the technique of cognitive conduct therapy in students. By providing understanding to students about reducing the body Shaming, then the researchers are able to implement the group counseling services. The study of action of this class is carried out in stages: 1. Planning, 2. Implementation, 3. Observation, 4. Reflection is performed in 2 cycles of research, each cycle is conducted three times meetings. The subjects of this study are eight students/students X E-3 of SMA N 1 Bae. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation techniques. The results of the study were the condition in pre-cycle students who suffered body shaming obtained a presentation score of 86% with category “Very high”, at the first meeting of cycle I students obtain a presentation score of 82% with the category “very high”, meeting of the second cycle students receive a presentation point of 80% with the categories “high”, at meeting of third cycle 1 students obtaining a score of 72% with category "High". Cycle II first meeting students get a presentation of 49% with a category “low”, meeting second student obtains a presentation scoring of 40% with the kategories “very low”, meeting third of the cycle II students get 36% in the category "very low".
